At Skanstull's you will sleep in HOTEL beds - to hostel rates!

Skanstulls hostel opened in 2007 and still going strong. We are centrally located in Södermalm in Stockholm, only a block from Skanstulls subway station. Nightlife, cafés, bars and restaurants is just around the corner in the area called Sofo.

Free wi-fi & computers. Free pasta, tea & coffee!

We try to maintain a happy and positive atmosphere so that everyone will enjoy their stay. Use common sense and be respectful to other guests!

NOTE: arrival after 8 PM, you need to contact us to get the door-code at least one day before.

WC & SHOWERS:
We have separate showers with WC for men and women, lots of WC in the corridor space and a handicap WC with shower.

CHECK-IN:
Check in during 15:00-20:00. If you arrive later than 20.00 you must contact us at least one day before. If you are arriving earlier than 15:00, you can leave your bags in our luggage room.

CLEANING:
We provide cleaning, while you do your own dishes and keep the place tidy.
The hostel is cleaned during the daytime, 12-15:00.

SHEETS:
You are welcome to bring your own clean sheets or rent from us for a price of 50 SEK. No sleeping bags are allowed.

CHECK OUT:
Check out before 12.00 H. Leave key in the reception, or in the mail-box next to the reception.

CANCELED RESERVATIONS AND NO SHOWS:
Cancellations should be done no later then 15.00 the day before arrival, unless otherwise agreed. Later cancellations are charged for one day. This also applies to no shows.

CHECK-OUT BEFORE AGREED DAY:
When this happens we only charge for the coming night.

PAYMENT:
Is done on arrival. Reservation charge/payment in advance is possible.

STAY:
The maximum stay is 7 days, unless otherwise agreed.

RESPONSIBILITY:
The guest is responsible for any damage caused by him/herself, or his/her guest, in the Hostel. The guest is also responsible for his personal belongings.

PARKING:
Cars can be parked on the street and it costs 15 SEK/hour during from Monday to Friday between 09.00 and 17.00 H.

SMOKING:
Smoking is not allowed in the Hostel! If smoking would occur within the Hostel, additional costs for cleaning and laundry will be charged.

SURVEILLANCE:
Camera surveillance is running 24 hours a day in the public areas of the Hostel.

Skanstulls Hostel has several different room options, being:
Dorms: 12 beds, 8 beds, 6 beds, 5 beds, 4 beds and 3 beds - all with window

The private room types: Double room (with 2 separated beds, with or without window), 3-beds (1 single bed, 1 bunk bed - no window)

En-suite Double: 2 beds that can be separated - no window
En-suite Single: 1 bed (140 cm) for 1-2 persons - no window
