Liked: The atmosphere. The fact that despite it is a basement and has no windows, you barely notice it because it is well maintained.

Disliked: maybe the receptionist´s bit of lack of interest when we checked in, but nothing to make a big drama about

Liked: i liked the curvy walls and cielings. it made for a cool atmosphere

Liked: I liked the shared kitchen, the location, and the cool interior.

Disliked: The showers have no changing area so it's difficult to keep your clothes dry. The dorm rooms would be quite cramped if full, but it was really quiet while I was there.

Liked: In average, this is a price smart choice and the location is good.

Disliked: The reception hour is relatively short in the evening. No one answers the phone when I try to call they upon my arriving.

Liked: Got lots of character, very friendly staff and only 10 minute walk from the central station. Also right next to the river which is great.

Disliked: Crappy showers and very dull atmosphere.

Liked: Was very clean, safe, and had free internet! Plus, the support staff was very friendly and helpful.

Liked: Location was good.

Disliked: Found bedbugs crawling all over the wall and beds we had in room 6. Non-guest staying up all night in lobby- so nowhere to get any rest. Receptionist aghast at hearing of bedbug problem the following morning at 9am, even though the below comment clearly contradicts that (seems to have been a delay in its publishing or we wouldn't have stayed). Besides that the room was stifling.

Liked: The location close to the city centre, the common room and kitchen and the friendly staff

Disliked: The bedlinen is not included in the prize for the night.

Liked: All the services (bathroom, kitchen...) were clean and functional. Outside the hostel there are busses passing every ten minutes to the central station where you can reach every point of the city or outside by metro or train.

Disliked: The whole hostel is under the ground level, so there is not the possibility to open the windows and there is not so much natural light. However the rooms have a ventilation system to refresh the air.

Liked: The front desk lady was not very helpful, I needed to charge my iphone and had the cord but not the computer, she wouldn't charge my phone for me, even though she could just stick the cord in the computer at the front desk. Also they didn't let me know the four digit code changed daily to acces the building after six pm. I had to ask a stranger to use their phone to call the emergency number to get the new code.

Disliked: The rooms are a tad stuffy

Liked: The staff was very friendly and helpful. They had a problem with my booking (there was a mistake in their system about the last day of my stay, and they offered us free bed sheets and a more comfortable room on the last day). Everything is clean, and the kitchen cosy and well equipped - they have cookers, coffee makers and coffee and tee on the house - And last, but not least, it is close to the bus and railway station, and close to the center of Stockholm.

Liked: The place was pretty comfortable, location was near the cityhall

Disliked: The ventilation was not so good it was underground

Liked: Great location, close to the city and in a nice area for bars and resteraunts. Very clean hostel, plenty of toilets and showers to use. Staff were extremely friendly and were happy to help with any query we had. The kitchen was well equipment and always clean.

Disliked: The rules were quite strict regarding silence after 11pm and no alcohol in the hostel at all. It would have been nice to have a few drinks on an evening but this was not possible. The room was a little cosy for 6 people and could be noisy in the morning becuase of the lack of space.

Liked: Very clean and cosy hostel in a quiet street near the center. Supermarket is almost next door . The staff is friendly and helpful .

Liked: I arrived after check-in time and they had laid out some sheets and a towel along with a note saying my room number and bed, which was very helpful. They had also emailed me the code to get in. I also had to leave before reception opened in the morning and they were very understanding about me paying via my credit card details. It is also pretty close to the centre.

Disliked: There are no windows in the dorm apart from a sky light which is directly on top of some beds so those people would be woken up very early. I had no choice being in a female only dorm.

Liked: Clean, staff were helpful and well organised

Disliked: The bedroom was an interior one with no windows - room was stuffy at night. Also it would be good to separate the toilet and shower blocks into Make and female

Disliked: Residential neighbourhood - not very fun, not very clean, staff not very present etc

Disliked: There is no kitchen to cook, just a microwave and kettle.

Liked: I liked its location and it was funky being underground.

Disliked: NO VENTILATION!! There were no windows, being underground, so no fresh air coming into the dorms. Also, the kitchen has no windows and so there were strict rules about cooking (no frying!) and it was very stuffy.
