Liked: the position in the old town is very good! You only have short ways in every direction of the city.The kitchen was a bit old fashioned but well equipped.

Liked: We had a very bad experience in the archipelago hostel. Don't let yourself fool by the good location. You will not find any sleep in this hostel. It is noisy outside until late at night and from early in the morning on, also during the week. If you have a room, like we had, in front of the toilets and showers it will be very noisy from inside the hostel as well, because the sinks are located outside the facilities and right in front of your room. You will wake up by everyone who's washing their hands. Due to this, we changed the hostel after our first night. The reception staff was very unkind and didn't give us any reduction for our second night, so we had to pay the full stay. We don't recommend this hostel to anyone who wants to sleep more than three hours a night!

Liked: Great location, very clean, safe, free tea and coffee and generally a great hostel. It's on a main street in the old town, so sometimes at night there is a little noise but this didn't bother us - what you expect really being so central! We'd stay there again.

Liked: The hostel is located in the beautiful "Gamla stan" in the heart of Stockholm. Currently they renovate the facilities and everything is very clean. Moreover, the owner is very friendly and helpful. Nothing bad to say!

Liked: my first stay at a real student hostel. rather exotic for me - that the thing i liked. large kitchen with a lot of staff, so we managed to cook fondue (note - the fondue cattle was my own) but still you can wash, cook and have a nice evening at the kitchen with friends havin fondue or plaing monopolia
