Liked: Good facilities, very clean. Not too far to walk from the centre. Not busy at all, shared a dorm with only one other person.
Disliked: Not really a youth hostel, not really any other choice in Karlstad but its not really a tourist destination. Very quiet, no communal area.

Liked: The room was clean an not hostel-style. Two seperate beds, TV, an space. There is a quite clean guestkitchen that was looked after by the staff. Just about 15 min walk to city center (free bike rent by tourist office). Close to Highway. Easy to find.
Disliked: Close to highway (in the morning and evening a bit noisy)

Liked: It's clean and comfortable, especially the kitchen, toilets and shower rooms. Easy access to downtown by walk within 10 mins where all restaurants and shops are and to the lake Vanren within 10 mins bike . Nice and helpful staff!I love it!
