Liked: The atmosphere was very upbeat and the staff super friendly! I have only positive things to say about this place, you have everything you need there at the kitchen, the showers are pretty good (they do need perhaps some extra clothe-hangers inside the mens, smaller shower rooms to allow for folks to hand their clothes while taking showers. On another side note, the folks at Purple Nest Hostel were super helpful with sending me my passport to Barcelona after I left it there. Belen and Natalia did their best to send it out immediately, which was great because I needed it to leave the country! Thanks guys!

Disliked: only about the wifi coverage I'd say there's room for improvement. Wifi coverage was rather poor in my room (but downstairs it was ok, again not super fast...). That's the only reason for not giving them "Good" in the "Facilities & Services on offer"

Liked: Actually everything was great, I have no complaints:) The recepcion is open 24/7 which really helped me because I arrived at midnight, staff is great, everybody are nice there. With one word, It was awsome!

Liked: The atmosphere created in the down stairs bar is great :) everyone gathers round for drinks and pool before the pub crawls. And the staff there are lovely and friendly.

Disliked: On my last night there I was bitten several times by something in my bed, but no one else in my travel group was and I was fine the other nights, plus the staff were great at looking into it. I really don't think it was bed bugs bites didn't look like it just something else that bite s

Liked: The vibe and bar were great. Happy hours with super cheap cocktails. Helpful staff. Quite a large hostel but feels really cosy and homely. Free tea and coffee all day. really nice terrace

Disliked: We didn't get breakfast as did not look good value for money, but a handy shop around the corner

Liked: Excellent kitchen: clean, well stocked and maintained, plenty of fridge space.

Disliked: Uncomfortable beds with poor quality bunks that shake and squeak with every movement, which you'd expect from a hostel but not one that prides itself on being a brand new fantastic set up! Didn't find the staff unfriendly, but they would only directly answer a question asked, not volunteer any useful relevant information they knew - i.e. when asking about the free bar crawl advertised by a company, they didn't even bother to tell me they run their own from the bar every night as well. Very loud, but I didn't find the atmosphere conducive to meeting other people at all. Finally beware the 'everything is free' line, as you require a deposit for anything, even your key at check in. This is all fine, just not in line with how the place is advertised.

Liked: I really liked the bright colours and the atomosphere of the place.

Disliked: I disliked the fact that there was never toilet paper in the toilets, no hooks to hang your things up in the showers. The rooms weren't really clean, i.e rubbish sat there in the bin and on the floor for my stay.

Liked: The Social Director Ashley (a man) is good at his job, and is always focused on helping people have a good time.

Disliked: The common room had picnic benches that were neither comfortable, nor inviting to other come and sit with you.

Disliked: First floor was SO hot, the heat emitting from the a/c must have been overpowering the halls on the first floor, every other floor was fine.

Disliked: Room was really small, brekkie was more expensive than advertised and you have to pay to use computers.

Liked: Staff was very friendly, the atmosphere was very good. There was a party almost every night en every night you can get along on the pubcrawl which starts at 01.30. Maybe if you're a bit older like me (27) the partying is a little too much. The hostel looks very colourful and cosy, showers are big and very good. In 1 week I never had to wait 1 time.

Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: The atmosphere was really cool and the bar has really cheap drinks every night. The staff are really friendly and helpful and they organise a pub crawl every night! Generally a really cool place to stay in a good location.

Disliked: Breakfast wasn´t included in the price but the kitchen was really well equipped so you can easily make your own. They don´t turn the air-conditioning on til quite late so it can get really hot in the rooms.

Liked: very nice youth hostel, many people to meet and good value of money.

Disliked: dorms are a little bit too small for 10 people and it gets stink easliy because there is no air conditioning.

Liked: amazing, 2nd time ive stayed here.. best showers ever, sick common room where everyone can hang out and drink at the bar.. staff were amazing and super friendly, always good to get advice from too! good security and overall fun place to go and meet people. loved it.
