Liked: This was a really great place. For an alone traveller the atmosphere was very fun and energic. This organise heaps of stuff, the staff are so helpful and it has a really good vibe.

Liked: great place and location. the staff was helpful for the most part...but told us to take a taxi to the airport when i asked him how much it was for the metro. he said it's only 12 euro by taxi and the metro is no good. we ended up taking the metro...it took 15 minutes and cost 2 euro...didn't quite get why he suggested that. anyway, it's a great place and great value for the money. the only sad thing is you can't bring in your own beer :(

Liked: Its a great place to meet people when travelling Solo, the rooms at the best the bunks beds really close together, but other than that a nice hostel

Liked: Good set out, nice staff. Although internet usage should be free.... 1€ per hour? Every other hostel I have stayed in had free internet in southern spain.

Liked: The location is great, on the edge of the "casco historico" the old city center. The hostel facilities are bright, clean and cheery, and its located in a beautiful old building. Our room was a mixed 10 person dorm on the 4th floor with an amazing balcony that overlooked the lovely street/plaza Tetuan. The common space is also a bar. We never went when it was a bar though on Friday and Saturday nights they have live music (it seemed pretty happening..) The kitchen was spacious even though we never used it. There is free coffee and tea though there was little sugar to put in it. No breakfast though. Note:Since the hostel has a bar you are not allowed to bring your own beer in! There is a terrace though we never went. On Fridays (we weren't there) they have a free sangria and paella party on the terrace advertised... It was very easy to meet people, there was a lovely vibe... some of the staff was friendly and helpful. The air conditioner was a bit spotty, on at first during the night, but by 5:30 AM (when we woke up the last day to catch a flight) the room was a sauna (extremely hot...) then again at least they have an air conditioner many hostels don't. Overall a really great hostel, highly rec -- one of the loveliest I've stayed in.

Liked: The design is good. but they donwt have lights in the rooms.. which is a very weired thing.Some of the toilets are mutual to males and females as well..

Liked: I was only here for a night but a really cool, clean, fun atmosphere, def recommend. good location, right next to old centre and walking distance from station. also 2 secs from bus stop to the beach!! good hostel atmosphere too.

Liked: We really enjoyed our stay here. Was one of the cheapest we could find but had so much to offer. The colourful upbeat place had an awesome kitchen which made things cheaper again. Was great venue for meeting people and the shaff were really friendly and helpful. Would highly reccomend Purple Nest
