Liked: The hostel is really well run, the staff know the area and are very willing to help you plan activities. It´s really well situated in the city. One of the best hostels I´ve stayed in.

Disliked: The cleaners aren´t the most dilligent of people, they always make it look like they are cleaning stuff but when someone upchucked in the toilet they just locked the door for two days and they also seem to spend a lot of time polishing the inside of the lift. The kitchen is a bit small, you just have to use your elbows and barge in.

Liked: Staff were amazing, very helpful. We only stayed night on a layover to Majorca but had a great time there. The bar downstairs is awesome - cheap drinks that actually taste good! Going back to stay over La Tomatina and cant wait!

Liked: Fashion fun place, full of activities. You can find all the informations you want, about nightlife, tours, bars, shopping, transport and wathever only looking in the notices walls. There is a differente thing to do, promoted to the Hostel, every night. Best shower ever.

Disliked: The rooms are too dirty. They dont even change the sheets, only give you a new one to replace yourself. If you dont want party, go anywhere else, because the hostel can be noise till morning. All the clients are really young.

Disliked: Too loud, didn't enjoy the atmosphere, too much of a party hostel. Air con doesn't work.

Liked: The bar was great and the common room was full of life plus having the computers right there was a big plus. The staff local knowledge was excellent and were always there to help.

Disliked: The breakfast was pretty poor wasnt worth th 2 euro and the air con was never on in the room.

Liked: free wifi, eating area/ bar is great to hang out & chat/meet other people from the hostel. BusAbout pick up/drop off so new stream of people & also a chance to score some unwanted food ;)staff were lovelystairs if you want to do some exercise, or there is a lift

Liked: The location is very good. It's about a five-minute walk to the Old Town, there are plenty of restaurants and cafes surrounding it, and it has easy transport links to the airport and other areas of the city. Also, the staff were very friendly and all spoke English very well and there were really nice, big pillows in the room.

Disliked: The lack of real air conditioning was the most disappointing of everything. Had that expectation been fulfilled, I probably wouldn't do much complaining at all. But, here it goes: The cleanliness of the hostel was quite poor. I don't think that the rooms were cleaned regularly as there was rubbish left from previous guests throughout the time we stayed in our room. Furthermore, the shared showers had thick layers of soap scum on all of them, which suggests that they definitely are not cleaned regularly. And, as you'd expect in a hostel, one night someone decided to puke not only in and around the toilet, but also in the sink of the women's toilets and this was not cleaned up until the next morning. The room itself was quite small and it was difficult to get around without hitting other beds/ others' bags and shoes. However, I don't really think it was that bad. It wasn't too much different than a typical hostel room except for the size of the room. The breakfast was terrible and though it was only two euros, I wouldn't spend that again. It consisted of packaged crackers with jam, cereal with warm milk (it had obviously been sitting out on a counter for the duration of breakfast hours), powder juice, coffee, and tea. While one shouldn't expect much from hostel breakfasts, I think this one was the worst I've ever experienced. For an extra euro (at most) elsewhere, you can get a lovely pastry with a coffee and a freshly squeezed orange juice - it is Valencia after all - which I consider much better. I read on this website that this hostel was great if you wanted to pick up a drunk 18 year old. I laughed when I saw that and waved it off, but that actually is how this hostel is. The clientele this hostel attracts is really appalling and, although you can't blame the hostel completely for this, the fact that in our five nights at the hostel this was the case makes me think that there is something definitely wrong here. Every night we had new ignorant roommates who would come in drunk and wake us up (turning on the lights, yelling while in the room, talking on mobile phones in bed, trying to pick up one of the girls in the room - you name it, it happened) in the early hours of the morning. Moreover, the people we didn't share a room with were just as inconsiderate. Even though the hostel asks guests to be quiet after 11 p.m., they don't monitor this at all, which meant that people were running through the halls yelling, giggling, etc. all hours of the night. This was, without a doubt, the worst hostel I have ever stayed in.

Liked: The location is brilliant, right in the heart of Valencia near the river and 5 minutes away from the Tube station "Colon". The property newly refurbished and the self catering kitchen and terrace were just ideal. The bar was good although i visited the local bars more frequently.

Disliked: The key cards were not as reliable as I hoped. They stopped working half way through the week.

Liked: Rooms and beds are comfortable. There's a lot of information around about what to do in Valencia. Free coffee is gooooood. Staff are nice.

Disliked: It's a little bit too big, too many people make it a bit less intimate and also it gets dirty pretty quickly, especially in the kitchen, which isn't really big enough for that many people. They should probably hire some more cleaning staff. Also the loud music and dark lights in the communal eating area can be a bit annoying if you're not there to get drunk. White Nest in Granada is loads nicer :)

Liked: The canteen of this hostel is nice. The atmosphere there is good.Helpful and friendly stafff.

Disliked: The wi-fi service is poor. I could only use it in the canteen.
