Campus Confort Burjassot

The Residence was officially opened on the 15th of September 2003. It's located next to Burjassot University Campus and has 196 places distributed between 12 single and 92 double rooms. A modern, four-storey building is provided with a car-park.

The complex has been designed following European trends and standards with a consideration given to the challenges of modern life, with the aim to meet all the needs of a present-day student. All the rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with heating, furniture, fully equipped kitchen, telephone, broad-band Internet connection (ADSL), and bathroom with towels, bed sheets and blankets.

The Hall seeks to contribute to accommodation offer for students’ community available nowadays in Valencia therefore the campus is designated for short as well as long term stay depending on the needs of the students.

There are laundry facilities and recreation rooms available in the building. The students can choose between hiring a cleaning service and renting the cleaning equipment.
The laundry room is equipped with: washing machine, tumble dryer, an iron and iron-board. In the recreation rooms students have at their disposal TV, DVD, games and vending machines as well as daily newspapers.
