Disliked: It was a bit noisy (it's close to a big street) and the ambiance was not great.

Liked: Loved the roof top hang out, only 5min walk into city, awesome kitchen space, staff were great and were up for a drink with you, did get my travel pillow stolen but apart from that I had a great stay!!!

Disliked: Too many stairs lol WIFI pretty much didn't work the whole time I was there, though they gave you free Internet access instead

Liked: The bar, common area and terrace was a great area to meet other travellers.

Disliked: Being so large, Red Nest felt a bit impersional. Also you had to pay a euro everytime you wanted to open your locker.

Liked: The lockers were a good size... They did have a few facilities like a pool table and computers but you needed to pay for them... They had the weather forecast pinned up... The building itself was nice with a lot of potential.

Disliked: Little faith in the staff - 5 questions asked. All answers were either incorrect, misleading or just not thought through. Staff just there doing there job and not that welcoming compared to the last dozen hostels ive been in. Facilities inside werent very good quality. An example is jamming three short squeeky bunk beds together end on end, meant getting kicked in the head twice through the night by the guy in the one at one end. Everytime 1 out of 6 of the people in the 3 bunk beds lined up moved, the rest all moved and squeeked. No soundproofing from the main road. Bathrooms smelled and made the hallways smell making the whole place feel dirty. The showers were the cheap ones where you have no where to put your stuff. Think the stuff must have just gotten use to it. Not much info around the place in English. Michael Silver is a tool

Liked: I liked the staff, they were so lovely and helpful. Loved the rooftop bar/terrace. Laundry was cheap and convenient to use. Everything satisfactory and would stay there again!

Disliked: Sometimes the bathrooms smelled a little. They were always kept very clean etc but i think maybe it was a drain thing...

Liked: Loved everything about this hostel! Got upgraded from a 12 bed dorm to a 6 bed dorm, the rooms were clean, good facilities on hand. The location was AMAZING! I would definitely recommend this hostel!!

Liked: It was cheap, and in a good location for shopping/seeing the old city. It had an elevator which was nice, and a common floor with a bar that was a good hangout for nighttime. Also, the kitchen was quite large and kept clean.

Disliked: The bathrooms were a little dark and dingy, and it was too far from the beach. Also, not the best hostel to meet people during the day unless you go upstairs at night for drinking.

Liked: Great location, very safe. Great bar and rooftop terrace.

Disliked: The hostel is huge, i found it to be quite impersonal. Bathrooms were always dirty. Very hot even with airconditioner. Lighting could be better.

Liked: Great people, nice big kitchen, very clean and good location. Bar upstairs was lots of fun, Pedro is awesome!

Disliked: No free internet, not enough room downstairs for luggage storage.

Liked: Everything was cool in Red Nest Host, staffs, atmosphere were both nice. It's also located near major attraction sites. Design was nice and it was clean too. There's even a bar on the top floor of the hostel.

Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: One of my favourite hostels so far with lots of social events on every day. Good kitchen and bar area. Seems like a cleaner is on 24-7. Good social place in a great location.

Disliked: had to pay for internet but it still cheap
