Liked: Friendly staff, large rooms with big AC, TV, Wi-Fi, electric kettle. Thought-out hostel with a good atmosphere.

Disliked: No very close to city center, but there are lot of nice small cafes nearby.

Liked: The breakfast and reception area.

Disliked: We have to walk a bit longer from the reception area to the hostel.

Disliked: The room and the bathroom wasn't very clean.

Liked: The staff were really helpful, and they provided free upgrade when there's available ensuite.

Disliked: Its not exactly near the city centre. About 15 minutes walk away from the city centre.

Liked: The owner was very friendly. She knew that we are leaving early in the morning the next day and specially prepared breakfast and left it in the fridge for us to take and eat during our journey!

Liked: Friendly helpful staff. Easy access from station. Very good breakfasts.

Disliked: The "Cadarso" room we stayed in in the separate building (corner Calle del Admirante Cardoso & del Conde de Altea is probably the second noisiest we have stayed in ever - the other was in Athens when drilling work was going on through the night pre-Olympics. The noise from th restaurants/bars bounces up into the rooms until early morning hours then the bikes/delivery vehicles etc... start. In between any other guests coming in after a late night out can be heard through the walls and flimsy doors. In summer of course closing windows in a non-aircon room is impossible. Unfortunate really - other aspects including the staff and breakfast area great. Can't comment on the main building - looked good, but stay away from the rooms with shared facilities in summer - winter may be different of course.

Liked: very nice decor. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly, we missed breakfast, but were given it late anyway. Just outside of the old center and very close to Russafa, a very cool neighborhood. Would stay here again.

Liked: The staff were super friendly and helpful, the property was amazingly clean and the rooms were simple but very nice. The beds were the most comfortable we have stayed in in over 6 months.

Liked: Free wi-fi. Computer with internet in some rooms. The staff is very kind and nice.

Disliked: Room doors are not very secure. Street windows are not sound isolated.

Liked: everything!!! was just perfect! bad was so comfortable. loved the vintage decoration in room, bathrooms and dining room. breakfast was perfect, and Jenny the hostess was just adorable! totally recommended!!

Liked: Breakfast was great and location was excellent. Felt like a little home away from home. Would be a great place to stay with a group of friends.

Liked: Was close to the centre of town/buses/metro/train station. Staff were helpful and attentive. Breakfast is really great. rooms were clean. A decent supermarket is very close.

Disliked: Bars across the intersection stay open till about 4am, so it is pretty noisy. perhaps the guesthouse could provide earplugs like a lot of hostels/hotels in noisy locations provide these days. Food in restaurants and bars in the surrounding area wasn't very cheap. one of the showers has hot water tap that turns on the wrong way, and it was easy get burnt.

Liked: Friendlyness of one of the staff members, a young girl, named Nina.

Disliked: The building, the rooms are installed by do o-it yourself people and not professional craftsmen. It all is and looks rather amateuristic.

Liked: The room was fantastic value, had a lot of character, had a computer if you needed it, tea and coffee facilities and a hairdryer. Very great for the price you pay! The service is fantastic - super helpful and friendly.

Disliked: Can be a tad noisy at night - can hear footsteps on the roof, but no big drama at all.
