Excellent facilities, ability to use kitchen and free internet was helpful. Our room's private bathroom was nice and spacious but located at a small distance from our room. Breakfast was good too.

Excellent location: very close to the main railway station (and underground) and the city centre. Quiet street. Plenty of space - private bathroom. Nice little garden. Computer with internet access available at no extra cost.

Very friendly staff, great location (it's near many restaurants, close to the metro and the centre of the city), big room and 3 shared bathrooms (2 with shower) for 3 rooms...it's like having a private bathroom :-) ...thanks for all!

Modern design and clearly run by people like us who understand what we value when travelling to a new city. Breakfast in bed was a real treat! (As was the Mac and flat screen TV, super comfortable bed and friendly local knowledge). We would definitely return here and recommend to our friends as excellent value. We nearly extended our stay for another night...

KIm and Francisco were most welcoming and provided a relaxing atmosphere in their b&b with excellent breakfasts. Deservedly a popular establishment; we wish them well for the future. We will certainly recommend them to friends and family.

Our host Kim was very helpful, pointing out the best restaurants, bars, tourist sites etc to go to. He was right too! The b and b is in a great location, nice and quiet at night so you get a good nights rest and he puts on a very good breakfast. Highly recommended! W and A de Fouw

We really enjoyed our stay at ABC - it was in a fantastic location, just a couple of blocks away from the old town and really close to the main train station and another metro line. In our opinion it was in the area with the best bars - nicer than the ones in the old town. Our room was really lovely - somewhere I'd want to live, that's for sure. Really great bathroom. Breakfast was also good - the boys make some very good coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice (amongst other things of course). The garden was also lovely and well-kept. You have to pay 5 euros extra for aircon (I think a donation from that is made to charity), which we didn't do but in retrospect might have been a good idea, because it does stay quite warm at night and the street outside can get a bit noisy. Only slight complaint is that breakfast is served at 8.30am. We'd rather have had a bit more of a lie in, but the early start might be preferable for some. All in all, a big thumbs up.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. From great dinner recommendations to assistance with the metro. Everything was perfect. The room was great size and very clean. I will definitely look into staying here again as soon as I can get back to Valencia.

Nice room in a good location, at a nice square, close to restaurants and the centre. But the cityservices go on along during the night, so it is quiet noisy. Staff is OK, and two bathrooms for three rooms is good enough.

Great breakfasts, clean rooms, comfy beds and good location - near lots of nice restaurant, 5 min walk into the heart of town and bus stop at end of street to take you to the beach. Only complaint is that the street below can be quite noisy when you are trying to sleep at night.

It was like to be at home: free use of the kitchen and fridge, keys to get in and out, a smart private tv with free internet in the room. Great breakfast and friendly staff.
