The private flat has a large kitchen, and a large lounge. The bedrooms have been maintained and not converted into more rooms. Therefore, there are only three private bedrooms comprising the private dorm. You have the private use of the lounge, balcony, and kitchen. The owner’s wish is that the client has a pleasurable stay.
Enjoy private, extremely secure rooms (we have never had an item stolen) at cheaper prices than a Hostel shared dorm!

Rooms available to the general public who are respectful of other people with noise levels at night and with one’s general behavior.

This flat is bright, charming, spacious, as it the upper floor flat in the block.

It is close to the beach and America's Cup marina, City of Sciences, and the new Formula 1 race track. Internationally famous Casa Montana is literally 20 meters from the doorstep offering the best tapas and wines in Valencia.

The tram is 100 meters away, and the metro a short walking distance. The city centre is only 10-15 minutes by bus. The airport 8km away and 20 euro cab journey straight to door.

Not suitable for elderly as there is no lift and many stairs to climb.

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner available on request.
There is no 24hr service; late arrivals after 11pm pay an extra 15 euro.
