Customer reviewThis is a modern, quite clean flat with good facilities, a bit far from the city centre but close to the beach and the Oceanografico / Ciudad de las Artes y Ciencias. The kitchen is well-equipped and the rooms can be locked so it's safe. |

Customer reviewThis hostel was SUPER hard to find so make sure that you look it up in detail before going. Apart from that, this hostel was more like a B and B and was very lovely. It was quiet and fully equipped with a Kitchen with all the mod cons. Very clean and comfy! Walking distance to beach and PLENTY of buses to the city. only a 10minute ride! Would recommend to those wanting something quiet and very relaxing! |

Gareth MuganThe Apartment (because that is what it is and you rent rooms) was located withing walking distance of Marítim - Serrería station (which is about 35 mins on the same metro as the airport which is handy). The map on this web site is completely wrong and had us walking around Ayora(which is about 20 mins from the apartment) for about an hour until we gave up and called Jason to meet us. ***The apartment is located in the north side of the squaee beside where Calle Lino meets Calle de Juan Verdeguer just near the Port harbour NOT SOMEWHERE IN AYORA*** We had a double ensuite for the week which really was quite nice but the bed was really hard(or worn i couldn't tell so had dead arm a lot) and the sheets/towels weren't changed the entire week we were there(towels were the main issue what with two showers a day and all) the kitchen was ok modern and what you'd expect just never really tidy. the living room was used as another private bedroom for a few days while we were there, not that made much difference for us as we had a Tv in our room. Saying all that it felt really safe, was within walking distance to a supermarket, the beach and the metro/buses and about 10 mins walking from "ciudad de las artes y las ciencias" and had the vibe that you were staying in someone's apartment rather than a faceless hostel. i would consider it again if we went back to Valencia for a short break ***i can only emphasis that you would be best to contact Jason before you go and get an accurate discription of how to get there if you are anyway unsure*** |

Customer reviewIt's neither a hostel, nor a pension. It's a private apartment. Owner is renting rooms for tourists. Anyway, we had a double room with a private bathroom. Quite comfortable, but bed sheets were not clean. Well-equipped kitchen is a plus. |

Customer reviewIt´s more a flat than a pension, where you can rent rooms. Jason is very helpful and friendly. He takes care of you a lot, shows you the city if you`d like to for example... We think he`s an expert for the party life in Valencia. The room was big, quite, clean and we even got a TV. The airconditioning is great you`ll enjoy that after other hostels especially in the summer. The only sad thing is that it is not located in the very centre of valencia. You should use the bus. We walked for two times and it`s a minimum 45 minutes walk. But bus fares are 1,25€ and you can join the bus just 100m away from the flat. There is a supermarket as well nearby to buy all the stuff you want to use in his great kitchen. |
