Liked: Fantastic place to stay and excellent value for money - Highly recommendable.

Disliked: The room was a tad cold and we needed staff to come and turn on/off the heating every time needed it adjusting.

Liked: Hostel was very beautiful and the staff was very friendly - they even let us choose our room the first day we arrived and showed they are really worth of trust - on the day of checkout I forgot my ipod in the room and they emailed me about it as soon as they figured it and gave me options how to get it back as easily as possible. And on the christmas eve the santa came to hostel at night with small presents for all rooms. :D

Disliked: Everything was very cool, except the kitchen got a little bit crowded sometimes (only 4 people can sit in it) - but that wasn't really a big problem as it never lasted for more than 15 minutes.

Liked: The staff were brilliant, all of them! Facilities great, easy to meet people, very good location. The staff were excellent (Yes I said it twice)

Liked: The location is great and also the hole hostel. I really recommend this place to everyone.

Disliked: If you have a room near the reception it could be a little bit noisy, but not too much;)

Liked: Staff were obliging and helpful to a fault. No request was too small.We had to catch a night train the morning we checked out, and they offered their office to store our bags while we went off into the city to sip hortchata and while away the hours!Breakfast was simple and plentiful.Facilities all worked or were clean.

Disliked: Nothing. We had a private room. So we did not have to deal with anyone else coming and going.

Liked: Very well situated with friendly staff. Beds were very comfortable and it was quiet at night. Staff are able to answer questions in fluent english and recommend places to go and see. Amazing value for money.

Disliked: Nothing!

Liked: The property itself was very cute and in a pretty good area about 10 minutes away from the train station. The staff was very nice and the rooms were cute.

Disliked: We chose this hostel because of it's awards and reviews based on it's cleanliness; however, the next morning we were there we found bed bugs. We think that they were on the green blankets we pulled out of a cabinet because we were cold because everything looked pretty good before we went to bed. I feel really bad saying this since it is a good hostel and I don't believe that it is a dirty place, it's just that there is an infestation going on all around the world it seems. It was very unfortunate and we immediately left and went to our next destination and washed everything...did the same when we got home. We told the receptionist as soon as we left about it so hopefully they could quarantine the room and get rid of them. Please be aware of this though if you are booking a room there or anywhere else because apparently bed bugs can even be found at 5 star hotels.

Liked: Very quirky themes for the rooms, great staff, perfect location in the city center. Get a map before you try to go because the winding streets can be confusing!

Liked: Great staff! Really helpful and friendly. The facilities were really good and clean. The place was very well located, in a the best area of Valencia. We met a lot of lovely people. The rooms all had a theme. Ours was the "Sexy love" one, which was hilarious! I would definitely recommend this place.

Liked: My room was really nice, with impressive armchair and highlighted red wall. I would say that I couldn't expect anything more from a hostel.

Disliked: My room was just next to reception desk and I could heat some people talking till late.

Liked: great staff! great location!! clean; excellent breakfast, cool hang-out places; free internet/wifi; we really liked it very much! all rooms have another theme, which makes it feel more like a hotel than a hostel. very much recommended!
