Liked: Muy buena ubicación!! Staff muy amable, excepto una de las recepcionistas. Muy bueno el desayuno.

Disliked: Le faltaría una cocina para disposición de los huéspedes.

Liked: the salon seems very comfortable~and there r four computers that we can connect with fds!and the first floor is decorated to be luxurious!we would feel that we lived in a hostel not bad~the location is very gd!near most of the famous place :P

Disliked: the bathroom...smell sooooo bad...we all be shocked for this!and the room is so small....like a prison..

Liked: The staff are great, friendly and helpful. The rooms are simple and just what you pay for. Great location!

Disliked: I was staying on the first level above the common foom and so as the entire place is tiled you can here every thing. If a chair is moved if people are talking, lugage being moved. There was also a óff water´smell that filled the room in the morning and evening, coming from the bathroom I would assume that it had something to do with the lack of water flow during those times. The mattress is the rooms were also not the best and by morning you were lying on the timber under it.

Liked: nice location (between city center), located around lots of restaurants, the square located near the city (Virgin Square) is a really nice place to be to see the ppls, free breakfast

Disliked: room a bit small (for 6 people), breakfast consisted of bread

Liked: Great location right in the middle of the old city. Rooms were clean. Laundry facilities on the rooftop were handy.

Liked: Free internet which noone used, i stayed on for hours. Free breakfast (not great quality and portions a bit rationed). Shutters provided total blackout. Amazing views from the roof terrace (which was quite private)

Disliked: No kitchen. In their leaflet, they have a picture of it, but it is now for staff only. A microwave is provided and a fridge, but no crockery. The ensuite bathroom was very very noisy, and there was a permanent light on by the door. I´m pretty sure I asked for a blanket when I came in, but was told they simply could turn up the heating. However three pretty french girls all got blankets! This didn´t help the cold i´d pìcked up at the Home backpackers notorious room 36. I would describe this as a hostel for school children.

Liked: I liked the location: it's 5 min away from plaza the Virgen which is a fun place to hand around.They do have enough things to do to meet other people: pub crawl, flamenco show

Disliked: One of the shower had poo in it! Was really disgusting! The rooms were extremly small The staff was not that nice as the site was saying.

Liked: Good location, nice and friendly staff, small dorms, excellent en suite bathroom facilities. All clean and in order, pretty good!

Disliked: We had to make our own beds!?! Which we weren't too impressed about, especially as we got there late after a nightmare day with trains. Also make sure you've got 5 euros cash for the key deposit.

Liked: 24hr reception. Free internet on four computers. Free continental breakfast. Laundry facilities. Rooftop patio. Lockers in rooms.

Disliked: No kitchen, just a fridge and microwave.

Liked: Location.

Disliked: The female at the front desk was extremely rude and unhelpful. There is a lack of information and helpfulness. There is only one bathroom to cater for one floor. The breakfast was quite disgusting.
