Disliked: bathrooms are not separate for boys and girls, everyone uses the same one and its so small. internet connection sucks

Liked: the location is great, they have internet for free and the breakfast was good. The hostel has a good sized lift and it is quite an new building considering the location which is more traditional.

Disliked: THE ROOM - We ordered a room for 4 with private ensuite- the room & ensuite was extremely small with four bunk beds,a tiny sink, a mirror hanged on the corner which made it impossible to use it ( I had to use the shared bathroom), tthe airconditioning was freezing and we had no blankets. The shower is ridiculous you have to push it for water. The cleanliness a bit poor too - we found a lot of dust & things from the previous guests on the lockers. Room number102

Liked: Very clean,quite new,good common room,free computer usage,good bunkbeds,top location.

Disliked: Ridiculous taps that have to constantly be pushed repeatedly in the shower area,but apart from that great hostel.

Liked: Good location for sightseeing. Roof terrace good for meeting others and nice view.

Disliked: Not good location for train station - long walk with luggage, or you have to get bus to the station! No real kitchen facilities. Unhelpful staff (females only, men seemed quite friendly)- refused to give me change for a locker - despite the fact that I had just given them the coins, not knowing they would have a locker that did not allow you to use your own padlock! Said they were saving the coins for other guests! Aircon did not always work. Room smelt like drains most of the time. Not very clean looking either for a "new" hostel.

Liked: Rooms were relatively clean (the inside of the lockers could do with a clean). I liked that there were power points and lights located next to each bed. Rooms were air conditioned.

Disliked: There was a kitchen but it was only available for staff members. A fridge was available but it really needed to be cleaned out more often.

Disliked: the venetian blind was broken and they did'n't fix it although they seem to know it was broken

Liked: When the sir conditioning was on the rooms were lovely and cool, clean, spacious and big beds. The location wass ideal too and the staff were able to offer advice on getting around etc.

Disliked: The air conditioning situation.

Liked: One can find great restaurants in the area.

Disliked: The staff tried to swindle 5 euro from me by making me give two different key deposits. When I had assured them that i needed to be reimbursed for both, the woman at the front desk was reluctant to do so and was pissy about it. Dont bother trying out breakfast. It's knock-off corn flakes and concentrated orange juice are worse than bad. Not to mention the only coffee is from a broken machine that spat out an acidic, burnt black sludge into my cup.

Liked: It was a nice place to stay and the staff was very helpful is showing places to visit. They also had computers which could be used by those who didn't carry their laptops.

Disliked: It lacks character since it seems extremely white and too utilitarian. Some times we had problems with the wifi.

Liked: Very clean, good location. Excellent shower and toilet facilities. Free lockers.

Disliked: No kitchen to cook in, just a microwave. Common room was very bare - just tables and chairs, a bit clinical, not somewhere to relax in.

Liked: What i like there is friendly staff and free internet. Also the location is really great too.

Disliked: The kitchen has only one fridge and 1 microwave! No plates or glasses or other things there! This place is nice only for one night.

Disliked: bathroom wasn't that clean but wasn't any worse than any other hostel I've stayed at.

Disliked: One staff member - VERY unhelpful, the others made up for it. Dislike there being en-suites in rooms, you think like this is a good idea until everyone in your room wants to go to bed/wake up at different times and it becomes a really loud problem!
