Liked: Easy to find from the train station, good facilities close by.

Disliked: Lacking atmosphere for backpackers, better suited to families. and kitchen could be better stocked.

Liked: really close to central Valencia, easy walk from the Valencia Nord station. Rooms were spacious even though there were 10 beds in them.

Disliked: The room was a little smelly, but I don't think that is the hostel's fault... The roller shutters on the window of our room were broken so it was a little bit light, but nothing too terrible.

Liked: Large Rooms for the 8 bed dorms.

Disliked: Staff hardly spoke english - werent very helpful so lucky the Valencia is easy to get around and work out on your own.

Liked: I think at this time of year the price was quite good for its value. The rooms and the common room area were very spacious.

Disliked: The wi-fi connection was awful, and kept cutting out every few moments. If they had more desktop computers perhaps this wouldn´t have been so much of an issue. There were also no bedside light and powerpoint.

Liked: The staff were very helpful - after having my purse stolen on a night out they gave me the address of the local police station and also helped break into my locker as the key had been in my purse. Everyone at the hostel was extremely friendly and the pub crawl was great, would recommend it. The hostel was clean, with a big, well equipped kitchen and good bathrooms.

Disliked: Nothing :)

Liked: It was clean, comfortable and the kitchen / lounge area had quite a modern feel to it. The staff during the day were all helpful and the free coffee was good quality which was a real perk for us. Rooms were secure and the showers all worked well. The hostel as a whole was better than average; it's fairly close to supermarkets, the centre and the nightlife area, so we didn't find we had long walks anywhere. I would stay here again.

Disliked: The night receptionist never let us in quickly enough, as far as I remember every time we came back (which admittedly was about 3 or 4 in the morning, although that's what they're there for), it would take five to ten minutes before we were let in. Also we were not allowed to use the kitchen after 0030 which I understand why but don't agree with. The speed of two of the computers was quite slow - I should point out though that the internet was completely free and I think they had wi-fi as well. Also the oven hobs were old electric ones and were very slow to cook. I think it took over two hours to make our risotto, although I've never made risotto before so it's possible I just can't make risotto.

Liked: Nice kitchen, with everything you need in it so you can always cook for yourself, very good music playing in the kitchen and dining room, bright colours, no problems with loud neighbours ;) Hostel is near the city centre. They (withh some other hostels) organize diferent tours (free walking tour around city centre, tapas tour, flamenco tour etc.).

Disliked: It didn't bother me a lot because we could handle it with web pages and everything, but staff could know more about buses and trips around town.

Liked: Nice big bright rooms, no bunks, great kitchen / social area.

Disliked: Bit further out from centre than others, can be tricky to meet people, ppl seem to keep themselves to themselves - do the walking tour / bar crawl to meet travellers from other hostels :)

Liked: location was good. showers were clean. staff was helpful and friendly and they spoke english fluently.

Disliked: internet connection was horrible. it broke down in every 10 minutes. safety lockers in the rooms are pretty small.

Liked: Friendly, homely atmosphere. Good kitchen facilities. Awesome pub crawl. Pretty good free walking tour. Fairly easy to find from station. Very close to airport. Free Wi-fi was decent (although it did cut in and out a bit). Close to amazing nightlife and restaurants, one train and tram to beach.

Disliked: No airconditioner (fans help that though), shared bathroom, power points weren't very good.

Liked: Colourful, vibrant, nice staff, always helpful, open spaces (big dorms), beds were fine, lots of information and tours promoted, always good music playing

Disliked: wifi cuts out every two minutes!! Not enough showers for the number of beds on the property. Out of the main city on the outer ring road - an easy walk but in a dodgy part of town - seems to be a red light district of playing bit hot at night (only fans, no ac) and no curtains - rooms are always bright.

Liked: The hostel looks really nice, the staff is very nice and friendly and it's situated in the city center within walking distance from almost everything except the city of arts and science.

Liked: Friendly staff, good kitchen, big roomn (we were in private room for 2), free internet, location in the center, but the street is noise of the cars.

Disliked: No air conditioning- too hot in the room, can't open window in the night because of the noise. We paid 25 euros per person (I think for a hostel with no private toilet and shower it is too much)
