All credit card payments are charged a 4% surcharge. From the 24th of March till the 31st of March and from the 16th of April till the 21st of april, Cancellations will free of charge if made more than 8 days in advance, otherwise we'll charge the first night. Group reservation policy: Any reservation of more then 6 beds per night is considered group reservation, and requires the following: A non-refundable first night fee is to be paid upon reserving the rooms, and the rest of the amount is to be paid a month prior to arrival date. Payments can be done by bank transfer. Free pickup service conditions: Limited number of seats. MUST be booked and confirmed in advance! Pickup from Sevilla airport: 12:00, 14:00, 16:00, 18:00 Pickup from Train station Santa Justa: 12:30, 14:30, 16:30, 18:30 Pickup service is available every day and must be arranged by mail in advance. Pickup is NOT available on Sundays. How to book a pickup? Send an email to res@nuevosuizo.com with: 1. Your full name 2. Your reservation number and the name of web page where you have made your reservation 3. Arrival place ( airport or train station) date and hour 4. Number of people 5. Number of flight 6. Flight departure airport 7. A confirmation email will be sent to you with all details. 8. If your luggage is bigger than carry on luggage size allowed in air cabin, you MUST let us know. Cancellation Policy

Customers can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 2 days before arrival (local time). Payments made to HostelBookers are non-refundable.
