The Marques de Paradas building offers 5 apartments, all of which are fully equipped and perfect for all types of stays; family, business, etc. We have a studio apartment available as well as duplexes with private terraces.

Accommodation Information

Marques de Paradas 1 is a 2 person apartment and consists of 1 double sofa bed.

Marques de Paradas 2 is a 4 person, duplex apartment that consists of 1 bedroom with 1 double bed downstairs and 1 double sofa bed upstairs in the living room. This apartment also has a private terrace.

Marques de Paradas 3 is a 6 person, duplex apartment that consists of 1 bedroom with 1 double bed downstairs and another bedroom with bunk beds upstairs. There is also a double sofa bed upstairs in the living room. This apartment has a private terrace as well.

Marques de Paradas 4 is a 4 person apartment that consists of 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 double sofa bed.

Marques de Paradas 5 is a 6 person, duplex apartment the consists of 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 double sofa bed (in that same room). Upstairs, there is another double sofa bed. This apartment has a private terrace also.

Location Information

The Arenal area is without a doubt, one of the most traditional districts in Seville. It continues to be a popular meeting place for locals.

There are numerous restaurants in the area where you can get a taste of the most typical Andalusian cuisine.

Other must-see places include but are definitely not limited to the Guadalquivir River, the Cathedral, and the Maestranza.
