Liked: I was just coming from another hostel in Sevilla where I was bitten by insects horribly without giving me any help! (at the urbany) and the staff soported me while I was cleaning my staff.

Disliked: there´s no way of open the terrace at night, even to look for something.

Liked: The Garden Backpacker has a great feel to it. The hostel is big, open, and has a very friendly atmosphere. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. It´s also very clean. But the best part is the activities provided and promoted by the hostel, including free sangria every night!! It was a great place to meet people, and if I ever return to Seville, I will stay here again.

Disliked: The air conditioning isn´t on at night :( Sweat-city!! Yuck

Liked: It was the best hostel I've ever stayed. The staff was great. Walking tour, bike rental service, sangria night and all the other activities were awesome, there wasn't any loud parties. The rooms and the bathrooms were really clean, the breakfast and the coffee was good. I recommend it to everyone! Thank you Sonja and Alfie.

Liked: Amazing place in terms of the layout and the features (feels like you are staying in someones modern and new house). Not really a party hostel, but the owners go out of their way to get everyone mingling, often (nearly every night!) having free sangria for all to devour. Staff at the counter are VERY helpful and VERY knowledgeable, but beware of one of the night guards after hours as he will lay down the law. Bike hire, modern rooftop terrace and the most amazing back courtyard/common area makes this an extremely comfortable and relaxed place to stay, but as mentioned before, a different vibe to younger party hostels all together (if that is your thing)

Liked: It's a bit noisy,u can hear people talking in the reception,lobby,and there are constently new people check in at midnight which is very disturbing.

Liked: This really was an excellent, clean, lovely and spacious place to stay in a peefect location in Sevilla. Its situated within walking distance of all of the beautiful sights of the old part of Sevilla. The staff were all really lovely and helpful and even offered a free walking tour as well as the opportunity to be taken around tapas restaurants and bars.We met some really nice people on our stay there, from all over the world.The breakfast was basic but good (and free!) and you could help yourself to as much as you wanted.There was always someone to let you in on the desk no matter how late you came in, but would ensure that you were not disturbed by noisey people at night.The garden and rooftop terrace were a luxury for such a cheap hostel and the owner even made us some Sangria.A perfect stay! I would definitely go back!x

Liked: I felt that this hostel was very clean and well kept. The bathrooms were very clean and they were individual bathrooms which was nice for privacy. In addition, the staff was super friendly and made delicious meals for their guests.

Liked: Stayed three nights and while the hostel was quiet and i slept well, it lacked a social atmosphere which was disappointing. Also, the location is relatively far from the city center which is not great since getting around sevilla is tricky due to the mess of a street plan. I wouldnt recommend this hostel to a friend....

Liked: Noone will be dissapointed by this hostel. It's really great, the staff, the garden, the roof tarace, bikes to rent just for 5eur a day. Breakfast could be a bit earlier than 9am though.

Liked: The staff were super helpful and friendly. The hostel is in a great location and it is in a safe area. 4 Share room would be pretty squeazy with 4 persons and their packs. Take earplugs as noise echos around when late night/early morning revellers come home.

Liked: good hostel overall but if you want sleep then bring ear plugs....my room was sandwiched between a bathroom and a courtyard....everytime someone used the bathroom you were woken up.

Liked: The rooftop terrace was extremely nice. The hostel had a great location, and the staff was extraordinarily helpful. I had a lot of fun there. However, the pub crawl was disappointing, as was the lounge area.

Liked: One of the best trips we've ever had. This is a great place to stay, meet people from all over the world and generally have pack as much in to your visit to Sevilla as possible! We were seriously considering missing our flight home to stay another few nights! I cannot speak highly enough of the garden backpacker! Paella and sangria night is a definite must! Can't wait to go back again soon!

Liked: I was traveling by myself so I didn´t know anybody when I arrived. The staff were very welcoming and made me very at ease being by myself. I soon met several people through the hostel..talking over breakfast or at tea on the lovely patio. Great place to stay..I came and went as it was Semana Santa and the location was ideal! Great place!! If you are in Seville this is my recommendation!

Liked: I really enjoyed the free guided tour around the old city!!Walking around by myself was fun but knowing about the history and many stories in the city made it more and more attractive, especially if you've had world history classes or interested in operas.
