The apartments owe their name to calle Feria, one of the major streets of the Macarena neighborhood in the historical center of Seville. The building consists of an attic apartment with a large private terrace, two 1-bedroom apartments and two studio apartments.

These new and modernly furnished apartments are an ideal starting point for your city visit.

Here you will feel at home, our roooms are bright and have a relaxing atmosphere.

Each apartment has a sofa, kitchenette and comfortable dining table in the living room. The open kitchen is admittedly small, but fully equipped with all the state of the art appliances you need to turn your Mediterranean culinary endeavors into a success.

This is the perfect place to prepare your fresh vegetables, fish and herbs bought just around the corner from one of the many stands in the historic calle Feria Food Market. The apartments are an ideal place to come home to after a day spent exploring the city.

The French balconies have double glazing to keep the sounds of city life out whenever you want. The windows are also the perfect spot for people watching, or for some quiet reading with a glass of wine. The attic and studio apartments have a double bed, while the 1-bedroom apartments have twin beds. Bed linen and towels are provided.

Accommodation Information

The building has 5 apartments available. Feria 1A and 2A are 1 bedroom apartments with twin beds, living room, kitchenette and bathroom.

Feria 1B and 2B are studio apartments with double beds, kitchenette and a bathroom

Feria Attic is another studio apartment with double bed, bathroom and large private terrace

All apartments have air-conditioning.

The bedrooms have two single beds (one double bed in the studios) and sheets and bed linen is provided.

The living-rooms come equipped with a TV, sofa and coffee table and a table and chairs

The kitchen has a stove-top, fridge, microwave, cooking utensils while the bathroom has a walk-in shower and towels are provided.

Location Information

Calle Feria is in an area full of local activity and authenticity just 12 minutes by foot to the commercial center of Seville. This is one of the few remaining parts of the city which is filled with mainly local shops and many conveniences for your day to day needs.

There are the wonderful fresh food markets as well as several bakeries, grocery stores, tapas bars and restaurants all at your doorstep. Directly to the west of this street is the vibrant Alameda de Hercules, a recently remodeled square with tapas bars, restaurants, cafeterias and nightlife. Head north of the street and you'll find the Macarena gate, a long stretch of the original city defensive walls, and Macarena basilica, home of Seville's most famous brotherhood for Semana Santa.
