We’re located on a walking street near “La Campana” (the point where the Semana Santa parade starts), which guarantees the comforts of the centric zone and the tranquillity of a street without traffic.

In case of total cancellation before 72 hours we charge 10% of total amount.
All credit card payments are charged a 3% surcharge.
Cancellation policy of 72 hours - any booking cancelled later than that will receive no refund.

Booking conditions and cancellation policy

Easter Period 1-April 09 - April 2012 and April Fair April 21 to April 30, 2012

Conditions for the Holy Week and Fair:

- We will proceed to charge your credit card 100% of the total amount of the reserve.

Cancellation policy during Holy Week and April Fair

- 10% of the total booking if it occurs from the time of confirmation until 30 days before arrival.

- 25% if the cancellation occurs between 30 and 15 days before arrival.

- 50% of total booking if cancellation occurs between 15 and 7 days before arrival.

- 100% within 7 days in advance.
