Disliked: We booked a double with ensuite. The receptionist was most unwelcoming, took all details and money before ushering us upstairs to our room.Room was squalid, flickering light, no bathroom, no towels, certainly not even clean bedding. We asked for room with facilities which we had booked and were told none available.We decided to cut our losses and leave because we hated it so much. It also felt very unsafe with the flimsiest lock on door and no safe or facilities for safe keeping.

Liked: The location was central.

Disliked: The staff was not very helpful AND did not speak in other languages besides Spanish. A/C was not included (cost about 35€) even though it was extremely hot (and we stayed there at the very beginning of June). There was a dead cockroach in the closet and a screaming child down the hall all night.

Liked: The location was excellent... It had character, was old but very clean!!

Disliked: Just old rooms... But all were very clean.. Beds can be a bit springy....

Liked: The owner was exceptionally helpful. We were supposed to depart for Paris on the day we checked out but our train was cancelled due to the strike in Paris. The owner helped us to check on the flights and buses to Paris as well as the where to catch the each of the transport when we went back to the hotel after we found out the bad news upon arriving at Estacion de Franco even though we had checked out hours ago.

Disliked: Basically nothing.

Liked: Friendly staff. Clean rooms and bathroom. Not a 5 star resort but a wonderful hostel for students on a budget.

Disliked: No fridge or wifi that I wa aware of.

Liked: Location was good, double bed room was OK (nothing special)

Disliked: Door could only be closed by key (you cannot just shut the door - the mechanism was broken). Staff did not speak English at all. Bathroom on the corridor (but it was clean).

Liked: Close to the catedral and other monuments in the city centre.

Disliked: Single room so small that one can hardly move around the bed, no closet in the room. I can not recommend to stay in this place for more than one night.

Liked: The staff were extremely friendly and very hardworking! I would definitely recommend this hostal to ther travellers. I was at another hostal before this one and the atmosphere was not as good! In this hostal, there is a terrace and many of the gusts sit there so it is easy to meet friends.

Liked: Favourable Location, quaint, nice quiet area..Thats it to be honest!

Disliked: The middleaged lady member of staff seemed like she didn't want to be there whatsoever..no interest or a nice welcome..no smile..Very Small single room..Dark Hostel..no character to cheer anyone up!..I may of been the only one there..saw no-one.

Liked: Basic rooms and facilities. Rooms opened up to balconies with nice views of the surrounding rooftops. Very well located. Near the Cathedral and Alcazar and near lots of cafes and restaurants.

Liked: Nice small room, clean washroom and bath/ Shower.Dirty floor in the room. Value for money tough.The location is difficult to find for people visiting Sevilla for the first time.Instructions of how to get there in 15 mins from Estacion de Autobus (Prado de San Sebastian Station) should be given to people on the website. Otherwise people may get there in 2 hours......walking
