Liked: The walking tour was awesome. WE HAD A GREAT ITALIAN tour guide who was brilliant. The hostel was clean and easy to find

Disliked: I saw and booked the property online for the price that it said. 2 hours later i got an email saying that on top of the price there is a 2 EURO mandatory linen charge. I dont mind paying for linen but it should be said up front. One member of staff was extremely rude.

Liked: Graet location. Staffs were so helpful and friendly, I liked them. Room was clrean, I liked here so much.

Liked: The location was great, as was the air conditioning. There was a big roof top terrace, and a reasonable breakfast was included in the price. The rooms were clean and bright. There were lots of organised activities.

Disliked: We had to share one bathroom (which had both the shower and the toilet in it) between 12 people. This meant that we had to get up early to race to use it - and even then there was always a queue - and it got quite dirty. The terrace was great but they closed it at 11.30 at night - very early in my opinion.

Liked: great location. friendly staff. clean kitchen, good breakfast with fresh fruitsalad. roof terrace with view to the giralda was a great place to relax. free walking tour.

Disliked: our room was located in a different bulding, 200 m away from the main building. our bulding was next to a very noisy restaurant, they had a show that lasted until 4am.another backpacker was given the same locker as one of us already had, so she basically had the key to get to our stuff. when we complained, the staff didnt even apologize for the mistake!!

Liked: The staff in charge of the events were really helpful and friendly. The hostel is in a great location for all the sights and for bars and food, but its also quiet enough to be able to sleep later on. Has nice communal areas.

Liked: Super location right next to the cathedral! Really nice roof terrace!

Disliked: Our bathroom was quite new but dirty and without warm water. Moreover 15 beds for 1 bathroom is to much!

Liked: value for money.. even with this price, it still offers free breakfast. I´m impressed..

Disliked: location is a little bit difficult to find because of the nature of the narrow, winding streets..

Liked: It offers free city tours which we really enjoyed! Our tour was Melissa I think (argentinian girl!) and she was excellent!

Disliked: Maybe the air-con could be better

Liked: Guided toor offers, terrace

Disliked: They are ridiculously strict about everything, they have a bad attitude towards travellers. Demand ridiculous fees, surcharges and deposits for everything, which is super inconvinient, as well as unfair, because they don't tell you in advance. In the private apartments, which are btw the most expensive, there is no internet connection available!!

Liked: location was joy

Disliked: some rooms only contain fans (only one) whilst ones next door are air conditioned. The kitchen was filth as was the bathroom. The residence adjacent does not have wifi. Too few plugs.

Liked: the location is good, and more importantly it's clean and spotless.

Disliked: bars and restaurants are around so it gets quite noisy at night.

Liked: Location was good.Staffs are ok but neither friendly nor fun to talk with.But the man works during the night to morning was very friendly and helpful.

Disliked: It is not clean and I can smell of toilet everywhere. Not clean,poor security,ventilation besides after 11pm you can't use kitchen and lounge is closed.you can't even take your drink from fridge after 11pm. It was cheap but I prefer to pay 3euro more and stay better place.

Liked: All about it! Some of my best days in Spain :)

Disliked: stairs, stairs, too many stairsss!! had to carry a 20kg backpack.... stairs are my enemy.

Liked: Its just being redone so its new and clean. The people who own it are clearly proud of their property. Great location in old town right next to the cathedral. the staff is really friendly and helpful in everything that you could ever need.
