Liked: The heater worked very well. They had parking in a secure lot I could see from my window. It was 10e a night, but that's reasonable. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean.

Disliked: I booked a private room for 2 and got a room with 2 twin beds. I didn't realize this would be the case and I was hoping they would switch our room after realizing we were a couple, but it wasn't that big of a deal. As previously mentioned in older reviews, their wasn't always toilet paper, so bring a spare roll. The only other thing that was a bit strange was that we couldn't keep our room key. We had to give it to the staff every time we left the building which made me feel a bit uneasy about leaving my stuff, but nothing was stolen.

Disliked: DO NOT STAY HERE! I don't really know where to start. Not a good location, hard to find and far from the center of town. I am not picky, I always stay in hostels and have no problem sharing a bathroom, but this place was unreasonable. First of all, be warned that your room may not be in the same building as where you check in. I was worried when we went to check in and the man at the front desk made us leave our passports while he took us to a building two doors down from the actual hostel. He showed us our room and then we watched him checked the bathroom, tried the toilet, and it did not flush, but he just closed the door and said okay. When we went back to tell him the bathroom was not working he acted surprised. We asked if we could be put in a room upstairs with the working bathroom and he said they were all full but he would fix the one on our floor. I understand if the toilet wasn't working, but at least leave a sign so people don't use it. At this point he had had out passports for an hour and we were going to be late for a show, but said that he needed more time to copy them. I refused to leave till he gave us our passports back, which he was very unpleasant about. He asked us if we would like to pay upon check in or check out. Since we were already late for our show due to waiting on him to copy our passports we said we would pay at check out. When we got back the bathroom had been fixed and we thought things were looking up, until someone POUNDED ON OUR DOOR AT 2 AM. It was the guy from the front desk demanding that we pay him, we never got a clear answer why it was so urgent. After he left I went to use the restroom and there were two drunk girl in the bathroom, one peeing in the shower because the toilet did not work AGAIN. If you are traveling to Sevilla in the summer it is hot at there is not air conditioning int he building so the whole place smelled like the inside of an outhouse by morning after several people had used the un-flushable toilet. We told the man at the front desk, a different man who turned out to be the owner, about the bathroom and that it was pretty unsanitary to let people use a bathroom that doesn't work, and not really reasonable to have 16 people sharing one bathroom upstairs. He said there weren't 16 people because the rooms were not all full upstairs, meaning the guy at the desk the previous night had lied to us about the rooms being full, and that he had sent someone to get our payment int he middle of the night because he thought we were going to leave without paying... He said several unpleasant things to us and finally my mom and I just left while he was still yelling at us. I was really glad my mom did not speak spanish so she didn't have to hear the things he was saying. I hardly ever take the time to write long reviews, but I really want people to avoid the same horrible experience we had. It was the only bad hostel we stayed in of the 5 we visited throughout Spain.

Liked: good location - close to train and bis stations and a 15min walk to the main sights room was clean, although they could hang something on those bare walls... come on, a couple of IKEA posters are not that expensive ;) friendly staff

Disliked: room walls are very thin, given that most spanish guests don't go to bed before 2... don't choose this place if you have problems falling asleep we shared one bathroom with one sink/toilet//shower with a couple of other rooms (one with around 6 guys in it), I guess it gets cleaned once a day, so sometimes it wasn't very clean. One day there was no toilet paper either. all in all I'd probably recommend this place if you're travelling alone/in a group and are not too picky about cleanliness... if you're with your partner choose this place if you want to keep it cheap, but there might be better alternatives

Liked: The staff were really friendly and gave us some tips on the city.

Disliked: You had to leave your room key in reception, ring the bell to get out and to get into the building. At times we had to wait a while for someone to open the door.

Liked: the property was quite quiet and clean.

Disliked: The host (i don't know his name) was not helpful nor kind. I didn't know there was no elevator in the building because many hostels have it. I just stayed at a very nice hostel in Lisbon with elevator and almost everything including nice staff, 4 days ago. Since our room was on the 2nd floor (3rd floor in America) and my group is consisted of ladies of 50s, I asked the host if there was an elevator. He just repeated "this is a hostel, not hotel", what made us feel so bad from the beginning. He didn't show even a gesture to help us in bringing the luggage. He is much younger person than our team of ladies. We had to drag our luggage to the 3rd floor. During this session, he didn't help us at all! Unbelievable! The chivalry or gentleman's way is gone now in this age?

Liked: I'd say very clean hostel. Good location, 15mins from cathedral, places to eat around the hostel are quite cheap compared to the city center. Nice staff, very helpful.

Liked: Very clean and safe place. The front desk people (owners?) are very helpful and friendly. They helped arrange the taxi for our return trip. I recommend this place. Please keep in mind that you will be sharing a bathroom with 2-3 other rooms. This wasn't a problem for us.

Liked: Close to lots of resturants and bars, and not far from Santa Justa station which is handy if you want buses to the sights in town or for trips elsewhere. It also means it's fairly easy to find from the airport. The rooms were clean and spacious, and we ended up having a huge bathroom to ourselves. The service was also friendly.

Liked: The staff was exceptionally helpful, but we found a few ants in our room. We did not like the fact that we had to walk up 6 flights of stairs to our room. This was not in the ad, but I assumed all hostas had elevators. This was very bad, and I would not recommend it to anyone else.

Liked: This was an adequate place to stay. My only gripe is that it was a heat wave in Seville when we were there, and although the place had air con, it didnt work. The room was stifling but if your arent travelling in Mid summer it would be great. Not a place to meet people but we werent staying there to do that. Very clean and nice big room, about a 10 minute walk to central Seville and it is perfect if you are arriving or departing from Santa Justa train station.

Liked: When my sister and I stayed at Mrs Pepa this summer we were the only ones booked in. The room was plesant enough, complete with TV and air con, but the kitchen was a real let down. It was not kitted out with any appliances, knives, forks, or cutlery. There was also heavy building work going on next door which started at 7.30am one morning. The best thing about this hostel was its close proximity to the train station.
