Liked: professional. had a really good system for entering and leaving which makes it very secured. There is a safe inside the room even though we were in a private double. had free city tours as well as night tours which was good.

Disliked: no wifi in the room we stayed in because it was in an adjacent building.

Liked: Good location. Room and bathroom was clean. Person on reception (Pablo or Paulo) - he was knowledgeable and helpful.

Disliked: Our room was situated in an apartment of about 6 rooms separate from the main hostel. There wasn't any kitchen facilities there, no where to make tea/coffee so would have needed to. I understand that the hostel wants to expand due to popularity but the hostel promotes itself on its facilities but we didn't feel part of the hostel to use them or want to take the journey to do so. There was lots of noise in the hostel from the other rooms (this was normal living noise, and we stayed in a number of similar places whilst in Spain which had better insullation) and particuarly from the communal bathroom door closing. Also I would be happy in the main hostel taking my sheets to reception on check-out as requested but carrying them down lots of stairs with a suitcase and no lift (and carrying them up a street) wasn't very pleasant.

Liked: great location, friendly staff, awesome sangria, fun pub crawls and tapas tours organised by the hostel, spacious and clean rooms with nice modern bathrooms :)

Disliked: nothing - although there were renovations happening to the hostel during our stay which meant there was no common room, the staff more than made up for the inconvenience by putting on a free cocktail & sangria night and a free bbq on the rooftop for guests.

Liked: loved the flamenco show and the pub crawl. the walking tour was good at the beginning, but it was way too long, and we didn't get a break. medi, our guide, gave a lot of history, probably too much...just ask for a break if you do the walking tour! ours lasted over 3 hours.

Liked: Best hostel on our trip ... clean and bright rooms .. and airy common areas .. ensuite bathroom was very clean and spacious .. property seemed very well maintained

Disliked: No direct public transport to hostel .. either a long walk or a quick taxi from the train station

Liked: The terrace is truly wonderful, and the dinner they offer up there for 7 euros includes so much and was such a lovely way to relax and socialize, and see a beautiful sunset. This hostel is very professional (clean and helpful) and also has a great mellow feel-- it's wonderful to have both.

Disliked: The internet was not completely reliable during our stay, but they did fix the problem soon enough.

Liked: Location is good, the place is one of the big streets but not very noisy. The staff is helpfull . They have 2 buildings.One has a reception,kitchen- well equiped and clean,they offer tea- and a nice roof terrace ,the other building was near this main one ,they separated with a tiny narrow street ,actually it was one of the levels in a apartment ,our room was clean,the shared bathroom also fine. The hostel offers free guided city tours. One is about 6 PM ,which we first participated in ,our tour guide name was Daniel,he is from Italy, he was amazing,he told us many interesting things about the Seville, he does his job very well,if we hire a tour guide I 'm sure he or she coulndt be good as Daniel.Next morning about 11 AM we participated in another free tour which we had visited another part of the city.This time our tour guide was Jerome, from The Nederlands .He was also very good at his job , told and showed us many interesthing parts of the beautiful Seville.So we reccomend this free tours,easy and the enjoyable way to learn about the city.

Liked: Helpful staff, loved the balcony, huge kitchen.

Disliked: Moved to different building for other 2 nights. No Internet, kitchen, people, nothing in other building. Always needed to go down 3 floors and walk 1 minute to main building for everything.

Liked: Safe facility for convenient location.

Disliked: Extremely noisy due to facing the main road in the city and could not sleep for a whole night. White curtain was set a the window which disturb to sleep after sun-rising too. No lift.

Liked: The staff is very friendly and helpful. I had some problems along the way and they were very accomadating. The atmosphere is great for meeting people and there are tons of organized events for people. I highly recommend the walking tours. The guides are friendly and informative.

Disliked: It's not the property, because the air conditioning in the room is great, but Sevilla is hot.

Disliked: the sink didn't drain properly and the toilet in my room didn't flush. they may have fixed these problems after i let them know though.

Liked: clean and secure, your own safe big enough for a laptop. location

Disliked: had to pay 2 euros for breakfast . its not much, but it wasn't very good so I went to a cafe the next morning. was put in a separate building to the one with the facilities which was a pain
