Liked: The location is great. They did have internet, even though it doesn't say so on Hostelbookers, but it didn't work in the rooms, only in the not very cosy lobby/reception area.

Disliked: The room was very dark and was very sparingly furnished.

Liked: Location was good geographically, but right above a restaurant that closes about 2:00am.Also, unfortunately cigarette smoke from nearby room wafted through into ours.Staff was friendly and helpful with directions, obtaining early morning taxi, and straightening out reservation mixup.

Liked: I booked a double private room and I liked it a lot. It was clean and had a great location to get to the Cathedral and to other monuments. The room was really big and had a good view and that was a definite plus! I love starbucks, so being close to there was also good!

Liked: The room was nice and clean, good size, and the location is fantastic, a minute down the road from the awe-inspiring La Giralda cathedral and a five-minute walk to the Plaza de Espana. People should keep in mind that there is no lift at the hostel, so anything you bring with you must be carried up the stairs, however heavy it may be.
