Liked: The helpfulness of staff, offering advice on how to get the most out of our stay, best places to eat nearby.Security. Liked the secure rooms and lockers provided.Location. Close to some great plazas and local places to eat.

Disliked: Airconditioning. Had to go and get the remote for the air-conditioning to turn it on in the room, from reception; but you would then take your key out of the power socket to leave the room, and then come back and find that the airconditioner doesn't work without the key in the power socket! Annoying as Sevilla is very hot (and thus the rooms are warm) during even the offpeak time.

Disliked: The blanket is dirty!!! I have been bitten seriously by flea!!! There are 105 flea bites on my body!!!

Liked: superb! very good value for money. big lockers amazing breakfastwell equipped kitchenfriendly staff

Disliked: for the light at night you have to leave the card outside. the card is the same which can be used for the lockers. limited space for suitcases in the dorms kitchen closes at 23.00 o'clock and doesn't open before 08.00 o'clock

Disliked: we had a little problem with toiled, and with the air conditioning during night it was freezing ;)

Liked: A very helpfull staff. I was on visit with a friend on wheelchair, without any problem. The only problem is that after 22.30 and 8.00 in the morning when there is no staff control anymore some people make a lot of noice, mainly tipsy of course. Mainly at the upper stay where there is a terras. That should be forbidden after 22.00hours. Because we couldn't stay in the Travellers Inn Hotel (the door could not enter the wheelchair and no assistance we decide to stay for longer till 23/9. Nice stay for the money and near to the center.

Liked: The staff were very friendly and the breakfast had a bit more variety than other hostels. Also, the en suite bathrooms were nice.

Disliked: the fact that the bunk beds were not off the ground like in other hostels

Liked: The receptionist was super-nice and helpful; they offer a free walking tour of the city (which I did not take due to work reasons); the lockers are very safe, and the bathroom was really, really clean. I liked the fact that there was a soap dispenser in the bathroom (a great idea to avoid messy sinks and having to use your shower gel or soap bar). The shower was really good.

Disliked: I stayed in a 6 bed dorm, and my bed was very low; the bedding was rather worn and could have been replaced. Although the bathroom was spotlessly clean, there was no bath mat, and the floor was messy, as you would expect in a 6 dorm bed.

Liked: The fact that it is right in the centre of Seville.

Disliked: I only stayed for one night but there was nothing i really disliked about it.

Liked: Rooms are really good. for security it is the best place. You have card to open doors and lockers. Mornings there is a free walking tour . It was amazing. I learnt a lot of stories about spain and sevilla. There was a german girl guide. She know everything and entertaining the persons.

Disliked: the area for breakfast and diner is really small.

Liked: air con, great place to meet people. there' kitchen for us to use, facilities in kitchen is also good.

Disliked: location. though near shopping district, it's still the other end of it, which makes it far from both bus stations.

Liked: A receptionist who was working in the night shift was very unfriendly. Except for this, everything was great. The walking tour, clean bed and bath room, breakfast were awesome.

Liked: They had very secure lockers for belongings. There were tours offered through the hostel.

Disliked: The staff were very rude and unhelpful. Did not offer information about the city when asked. They seemed to be especially dismissive towards English speaking customers. Spanish speaking guests didn't seem to have a problem. The rooms were tiny, beds crammed in. Bathrooms were not well maintained.

Liked: The people were friendly, there were plenty of activities for guests, it was a comfortable environment, and it felt secure-I liked that the card let me into the building, my room, and my own locker in the room.

Disliked: To me the room seemed to smell a little stale, but it could be the area, or just how it is.
