Special conditions for Easter and Feria de Abril: If you want to cancel or modify your booking for free it must be done 15 days before the arrival date. After that date, if you cancel the hostel will charge the 50%, except for booking just for one night which will be charged the 100%.

Liked: I couldn't have asked for a better location - right by the cathedral and Alcazar, but on a peaceful back street. Also the rooms were full of character, clean and reasonably spacious, with thoughtful touches.

Liked: Open Access made it easy to check in and out. Accomodations were well maintained, and very close to most of the sites I wanted to see. It was easy to locate, and not far from city bus routes.

Liked: Although the staff did not speak English, they were still very helpful. Plus, this is an excellent location, right next to the cathedral and the Reales Alcazar.

Liked: The location was perfect. The staff was ok, but they messed up my reservation and as I arrived in the middle of the night tired, they said there was an error and therefore I didn't have a bed the first night. Everything worked out, though, they gave me a better room in another hostel.

Liked: the location was very good and the price was very low for sevilla - compared to the other hostels in the city ( some of which we noticed had major road works right outside of them !! ). the receptionist spoke almost no english. would definitely stay here again on balance.
