Liked: O atendimento e otimo. A localizacao tambem, isto e, bem centralizado proximo a rodoviaria de Santiago. As instalacoes sao otimas.

Disliked: The fact that it was located in the old town was an advantage but also makes you want to stay out of the center- it was very loud at night.

Liked: The location is great, right in the old town and close to everything you'd want to see in Santiago. It's a cute hostel, cozy and a little rustic feeling. And it's cheap!

Disliked: One weird thing about the hostel is that they don't have a front desk at the entrance, and depending on the time of day or night you arrive, you may have to buzz at the front door, descend a flight of stairs, walk through their basement and out the other side to a cafe next door to actually check in. When I did this, I was told that I couldn't actually get a key to lock/unlock my room door (they have old-fashioned keys, not key cards), I could only get a key for my locker. Fair enough, that's all I really needed. But then the guy couldn't find the keys for the lockers in my room, so I had to use a locker in the common area downstairs. It was odd. But, he was very friendly and helpful, and it all worked out, so I still recommend them. Also, I gave my phone number when booking and they called and texted me on the day of my arrival with instructions for checking in. So that was nice and thorough.

Liked: Great location! Very quiet and relaxing. I stayed only 2 nights but it was a pleasant visit. I'd recommend it to others.

Disliked: Bathroom was very small, no lockers and the rooms were left open for the whole day.

Liked: the hostel was very clean, linens and towels are provided, the kitchen is clean and free to use, overall pretty quiet place

Disliked: the bathroom cubicles are very small, no free internet, no tv

Liked: It's near to the cqathedral and all of the action. Very reasonably priced. A friendly owner althouigh he does not speak English.

Disliked: There were not enough toilets and showers. The cubicles and showers were too small. The bunk beds were a bit flimsey. There was no kettle.

Liked: Location was great and it was easy to find. There was a mistake with our reservation and they did not have us on the books, so they gave us the only room they had left which was actually better than the one we had reserved and also gave us a great price so we were very pleased. We only stayed one night, but really enjoyed our stay. It's a cute little place in a great part of town, I would recommend it.
