Liked: Very clean rooms. A ten minute walk to the town centre.

Disliked: Very little contact with anyone while staying there. not so good for a solo travveller.

Liked: Good location, clean enough. Ok as a base if you are travelling with partner/friend and looking at doing your own thing in Santiago.

Disliked: Staff were nice enough but not overly helpful/welcoming. Beds creaky and small pillows.

Liked: Located near the center (about 10min. walking to the cathedral), big room - enough space to move, bathroom was very clean, friendly stuff, no problems with checking in earlier

Disliked: Room had so few electrical sockets - had to unplug the TV to recharge the camera battery

Liked: GPS friendly to Plaza Roxy and easy to find with local assistance. Pension is centrally located 15 mins walk to the Cathedral and old town. We parked in a secured underground car park just outside the Pension for 3 nights cost 29.00 EU. There are lots of Mercado/ shops, cafes 1 min walk to the pension. Our room is on the 4th floor. Room is basic but generous size, shared large clean bathroom just next to our room. Free wi . No air conditioning but not needed today. Staff are very helpful. No breakfast available.

Liked: Lots of space and privacy - including private bathroom - and a great location in old town for a low price. Plus, Jorge, our staff contact, was friendly, helpful, and had good suggestions for things to do.

Disliked: Only that it wasn't exactly cute or stylish, but I didn't expect that. It's not that it's ugly or bad, just a bit outdated (and the lamp didn't work - but my beau fixed that with a penny).

Liked: Decent location outside the old town area.

Disliked: My room was in a different building on another street. Had to walk back to first building with luggage to check out! I wouldn't recommend this hostel, there are plenty of others in better locations for the same price.

Liked: Good location and large rooms. Clean and maintained bathroom. Polite staff.

Disliked: The room and bed could have been cleaner. The floors were dusty, the towels were smelly and the sheets did not feel so clean.
