Liked: Very clean, amazing location in a beautiful 5th floor flat steps from the beach. Full shared kitchen, large sparkling clean shared bathroom, separate computer room. We stayed in 2 rooms over a 3 day period, both very nice, one with gorgeous views of the beach.

Disliked: Nothing negative to say at all, however this hostel doesn't cater to the party crowd for those looking for a 3am crashpad.

Liked: Awsome hostel,friendly staff,great location.I would definatly recomend it to all travelers,one of the best hostels i ever stayed at.

Liked: Clean rooms, full kitchen, free wifi. Good location out of the old town but only a few minutes walk. The manager was very helpful when we wanted to stay a few more days, his hostel was full so he found us another one nearby!

Disliked: NO FIESTA!! A strict no noise policy after 11pm.. Enforced my an older lady that seems harsh but is actually really nice!

Liked: The locale and the staff were my favorite parts. The facilities are super clean as well.

Disliked: There are no lockers inside the rooms so it can be a bit scary entrusting your valuables to whtever person happens to be staying in your room while you´re there.

Liked: Location was great. We had a 4 bed dorm to ourselves (2). Kitchen facilities were good. We thought that owner was a bit too 'watchful' of us and we were very aware of keeping the place very spotless. There were lots of rules an regulations for guests. However, we enjoyed our stay.

Liked: The location and the cleanliness of the kitchen and bathrooms. The bedrooms are clean but the linen and bedclothes are very old. The man who checked us in was helpful on arrival by giving us a local map of the area and for pointing out highlights of san sebastian.

Disliked: The lady who runs the hostel was extremely rude and meant that it was very difficult to meet any new people. She constantly cross with everyone in the hostel and it really felt like I was made stay with some longlost great grandaunt who did not want to have me, or anyone else, there. There was no where to leave my bags after I was hounded to check out of the hostel at 11am (The door to my room actually opened at 10:50 and the lady put her two fists over each other in an 'X' shape to demand that I check out then). The rooms were incredible noisy because of doors slamming all the time. The rooms were quite stuffy.

Liked: Bathroom and kitchen kept scrupulously clean by the lady owner, and the gentleman- who I presume was the son- was friendly enough and offered advise on places to go and see. Understanding Spanish would be an advantage!

Disliked: Very strict with the check-out time! They want you off the premises promptly, which I suppose is a fair requirement. At the time of writing, though it is a self-catered accommodation, there was not a working oven, which as a British traveller, poses great problems when it comes to cooking! We make use of the oven a lot in the UK! :-P A minor issue though, the microwave oven sufficed.

Liked: Located near the beach and the old city. 100% recommend this hostel. The staff is beyond amazing and the hostel is SPOTLESS. STAY HERE!!

Liked: The room was very very clean. They are very organized. Location is perfect!!

Disliked: The only thing that bothered my is that the room was inclined...so I felt dizzy most of the time...but it's not like you'll be in the room all day. So no prob!

Liked: En frente de la playa de la concha, del centro y zona de pntxos, muuuuyyyyy limpio. Cocina y baños compartidos muy bien equipados. Detallistas y amables. Suuuuuper recomendable.

Liked: We had a really good time in San Sebastian. Stayed in a room with 2 Australian girls travelling around Europe and two Canadians visiting from France. Really nice crowd, very clean bathroom and kitchen, washing machine, oven, microwave. Very close to the Old Quarter and to the beach. Close to a supermarket as well. I would definitely recommend it and I will come again myself.

Liked: Excellent location!! Close to beach & old town.There are 2 train stations in town. The closer station being the Renfe station (approx 6mins walk) and the other is the EuskoTren (approx 10mins walk).

Liked: This is the best place if you want to have a military experience.Alex is a very nice guy but everything should be done orderly. Evertyhing is ultra clean. the only drwaback is the lack of proper curtains to avoid day ligth in the morning. Strongly recomended.

Liked: Great location, right on the beach! Close to all the hotspots in town and just a short walk to the train station.Also had free pc access and wireless in all te rooms. Easily my top hostel visit this trip and I'm two months in!

Liked: Watch out: Russian dictatorship in Donostia!! Unexpected behaviour and very strict rules like if you were in the army!! Of course I respect rules to keep the place quiet, clean and safe for everyone, but this was just way too much!! The location is perfect, but beaware of the building site just in front of the hostel which is not mentioned anywhere on the www. Do not expect any sea-view, but the sea is just a few steps away. Perfectly clean and safe, but boring rules to respect like nowhere else on holidays!! After begging, I was let to leave the luggage during the day, but when I came to pick it up, I was not let to use the wc, horrible!! So, do not expect to be warmly welcomed, you will rather meet dictatorship by Russians in the center of beautiful San Sebastian!

Liked: It was easy to walk from the Train Station and right across the road from the Beach. Close to all amenities and a quiet location. I would recomend it to others. Kitchen facilities was a bonus for those on a budget.
