For car travellers, bear in mind:

The Old Town (where we are located) is considered a pedestrian area but there is a free car parking in Paseo Nuevo and a private car parking in Okendo, R. Argentina, The Boulevard and Hernani.

Renfe train station is 15 minutes from us by walking and Euskotren train station is 20 minutes walk from us.

Buses 26 and 28 go to The Boulevard. The bus station is about 30 minutes walk from us or 15 – 10 minutes by taxi.
