Liked: Great location in old town but rooms dark, no natural light & general noise from people walking around building was very loud! Would try somewhere else next time.

Liked: This place was amazingly clean (it even smelled fresh!) with towels, sheets (the works). It is well located and not hard to get to from the train station. One thing - the staff is not around a lot, but there are cameras in the hallway and kitchen which isn't a bother... just a bit different.

Liked: Location is brilliant, rooms are nice and clean, and Jon, who runs the hostel, is very helpful. Unfortunately we had a bit of bad luck with other guests as the hostel was packed with American teenagers travelling first time abroad, they were playing loud drinking games in the kitchen and making lots of noise at night. We found this quite annoying but if you're up for it, you probably won't be disappointed.

Liked: Jon, the owner, was very nice and very helpful! He was always willing to help us on our adventures and tell us the good places to go and to eat at. The hostel is very comfortable and a nice place to be in. It is in a perfect location, near the market in old town. I without a doubt would recommend this to my friends that are going to San Sebastian!

Liked: Pleasant and modern facilities; generous breakfast facilities and supplies. However, the time restriction on the kitchen is unrealistic (e.g. kitchen not to be used before 8am is unreasonable. Not to be used after 10 pm is too restrictive for a student clientele who are characteristically nocturnal!)While the decor is very modern wooden floors make for a noisy operation that didn't disturb us but did disturb the resident housekeeper - despite students moving around with their shoes off.

Liked: very comfortable bed with a lovely duvet - fully equiped kitchen, so it is possible to prepare a complete meal - just across from the mercato and a grocery store near by - sweet

Liked: great place to stay for a long as there's not too many people in it. clean, cozy, nicely organized and as downtown as possible. Jon is very friendly and helpful. the only weird point: turn on the kettle and the whole electric system goes off. Despite the little inconvenience, totally recommendable.

Liked: The kitchen is really nice and well-stocked with free breakfast food - bread, eggs, bacon, orange juice and tea and coffee. Its great to have one less thing to think about when your travelling.

Liked: Very clean and friendly. Excellent location, breakfast supplied daily. The person working there Christine spoke very good English and gave me a guide of the area and places to visit.
