The owner lives on the ground floor which adds to security. He is very friendly and although there is no reception, you just shout his name in the hallway and he comes to attend you.

Our Guesthouse is close to Bretxa Shopping Centre, cinemas, a harbor with a really nice aquarium, beaches, parks, bars, very famous restaurants and night clubs.
This property counts with a second house 3 minutes walking from our main house. You still need to do your checkin at Uzturre ( Boulevard 26). The second house has a double room and a twin, equipped Kitchen, bath and bathroom. Is situated in the comercial district, lively at daytime and calm and quiet at night.we are just 150 m of the beach of La Concha.
The cancellations should be made with 48 hours (o'clock) of anticipation.
