Liked: Is very close to the beaches, close to supermarkets, nice rooms, not to crowed hostel so quite personal, helpful and no problem to store some backpacks before check-in

Disliked: the shower was way to hot to shower, don't no why, some rooms with bit to less air

Liked: This hostel was awesome, wish we stayed longer! Sarah the aussie and Elin the swedish who works there really make it for you, they are awesome. Best atmosphere out every hostel ive stayed at!

Disliked: Nothing although it is a litttle bit hard to find if you dont spot the electronic clock!

Liked: the location of the hostel is absolutely prefect, right in the middle of old town, close to the beach n most of the attractions, and with a lot of great pintxo bars very close by. and because i went during off season, so the price was pretty cheap. the hostel is pretty old but the building had an elevator so that's a relief for people w/ huge luggages.

Disliked: most of the facilities are really old and needs renovating, but everything still works. i guess the walls of the rooms are pretty thin so it can get pretty noisy at night. basically there is no security, even though we are given keys to lock the rooms. the instructions on the hostel on the website is kind of misleading, so it was pretty hard to find the hostel when you first arrive there, but it's right on Boulevard.

Liked: It is a good place for packpackers, and young travellers to stay. You will definitely meet new people there.

Disliked: The staff are very friendly, but they disappear at around 9pm, so if you have any problems you might be on your own.

Liked: Amazing atmosphere, very helpful, very homey feel and social, location is right in the middle of everything, I found that some of the guests had come back for the second and third time to stay. Staff were the highlight of Urban House, they are very friendly and know everything about San Sebastian, layed back and always willing to help. There is free wifi and the kitchen facilities in the floor across the street were better then ones that i have seen before. Overall I would recommend to anyone, very good stay.

Disliked: The floor across the street needed a common room for people to hang out.

Liked: It was a brilliant location and the staff were very friendly and helpful. There were lots of other friendly young travellers there, a great atmosphere in the hostel and great place to meet other travellers. And it was a great price! (we were travelling in the off season)

Liked: We were brought to stay in a different building and it was lovely...just like a nice apartment. Was delighted they ended up giving us our own room at no extra cost even though we booked into a dorm.

Liked: The location. Thats all.

Disliked: Urban House is run by people who care more about their social lives than running the hostel. Simple things like checking in and getting keys where difficult because the staff were out to lunch or sleeping during the day. The place I stayed at (which is separate to the main office) was absolutely filthy. The kitchen and bathrooms were disguisting. The facilities including kitchen, bathrooms and internet were below average. It was a really disappointing stay.

Liked: The staff were really great - helpful and friendly. Some events were organised eg a tapas tour. Excellent location. Reasonable prices.

Disliked: Breakfast was very basic but better than nothing. Security was laxed (as in pretty-much non-existant). Facilities quite run down (some of the bathrooms in need of attention).

Liked: The locación and the people that work there, I think they can improve a lot the facilities, but everything works! If u want to have a great time go there very good food and the city it's great, the ocean, maountains, it's all good!

Liked: Very nice and comfortable hostel, right in the middle of the center of San Sebastián. The owner was very welcoming. There is a big kitchen (that also serves as a common room) with all the necessary facilities, including a Tv set. The bathrooms were very clean.

Disliked: We were three people and our room was too small. Besides, they only gave us one key. The sheet covers were torn and one of the blinds wouldn't close, but overall it was a wonderful stay.

Disliked: It was hard to find it. they didn't have a big sign... But nice place, totally worth getting lost. :)
