Liked: included breakfast which was great. Kitchen was big and well equipped. Close to the main beaches

Disliked: There was no actual lock on the room door so anyone could just walk in.

Liked: The staff is AMAZING!! Seriously, some of the best, friendliest people I met on my entire trip. The location is perfect, near the main visitors attractions, transportation, bars, the beach! Our room has a view onto the main plaza.

Liked: The staff are all fantastic. Big shout out to Ylva and Rose who were particularly great! They should get paid more!

Liked: Great hostel! Loved the location right in the Old Town and close to all the bars, restaurants and beach! Great price and also includes breakfast which helps! Staff were really friendly and gave up loads of info about the place. I would highly recommend this hostel!

Disliked: It was a bit noisy but really wasn't that bigger issue.

Liked: Friendly staff and good location.

Disliked: There were only two lockers in a dorm of six beds. The breakfast was a joke. The bed and pillow were very thin and uncomfortable. The kitchen, which also kind of serves as a common room, closed at ten, which is too early, so people hang out in the common room and it was a bit noisy. It's probably ok for a party hostel but not if you want to get a good night of sleep.

Liked: Location, fun place to meet other travelers. Kitchen, free wifi. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Had a great time staying here and would definitely come back!

Liked: The location was perfect. It was near the center of the old town and only a 15 min walk to the beach, which was great. It was in an area with alot of nightlife, bars and food, which made it easy to go out at night. The staff was also very helpful and friendly, suggesting some places to visit and their recommendations for bars, restaurants and the best places to get pintxos!

Disliked: Nothing really.

Liked: Everything was great! Perfect location right in the middle of the old town, room was lovely & clean, the staff were constantly cleaning so it was always spotless! Great staff too whom were all super helpful & friendly and organised great nights out!

Disliked: The only negative I guess was that it was in a really noisy location, but I guess when you're smack bang in the middle of all the action you have to expect that. We arrived Sat night and we're really jetlagged, couldnt sleep much as our window was right over the main street and there was partying happening all over the place til sunrise. But worth the compromise :)

Liked: Cool place. Great social networking and staff. Right on the main area for pinxos drinks and near the city shopping area. Ridiculously close to the beach. Secure entry.

Disliked: They let a group of people checking out store their bags in my room the afternoon i arrived. when this group left the hostel one of them stole my shoes from under my bed. Who the he'll steals dirty shoes? Fault can be mine for not locking them up, but if there was a different place to store these bags I would still have my shoes.

Liked: Great location of the three buildings, all the staff are tremendously helpful and I'd reccomend staying in San Sebastian more than just a couple of days as Urban House has a really fantastic atmosphere, created by its staff, that might make you want to extend your stay!

Disliked: Nada!
