Customer reviewIt hypes itself as a high tech hotel, but lacks much polish. It seems as if the upgrades they did to the rooms were all rushed, the rooms were noisy (we weren't in a room facing the square). While we were there, there was a water leaking from several locations in the ceiling, we had to have our room changed. This didn't seem to surprise the front desk person. |

Vianey ContrerasOut of all the places in Spain that we stayed in this was by far the best value for our money. The rooms were modern and the location was ideal. The buffet breakfast offered was also reasonably priced and well worth it. |

Amanda Magruderthis was actually a hotel! we couldn't believe the deal we had gotten. hot water, fluffy towels, hangers, bg bed,tv, all hotel amenities. literally three seconds from the plaza mayor. took us a while to find from the train station -- they give the address as on concejo st, which is where the entrance is, but there's a door you can't go in on 26 plaza mayor. it was just that concejo st is tough to find without the plaza mayor orientation. altogether, marvelous. one con is that the staff speak spanish almost exclusively -- if you don't know a lot of spanish, be prepared to struggle a little. |
