The Abetos are three studies constructed in the fourth floor of the street Quinta, constructed in the 70s which was completely refurbished in 2003.

Los Abetos Apartments is located between Campus Unamuno, the bus station and the center of Salamanca in a very quiet zone.

They all come equipped with cable TV with 30 different channels and connections for Internet by optical fiber with base tariff 24 hours.

Rooms also feature a sofa bed, study table, color TV and shelves. The cooking area has ceramic cooking plates, microwave and icebox. The bathroom has a shower measuring 100 cm by 90 cm.

The warm water works for electrical thermos flask, the floor is parquet with windows of aluminum with double crystal of Climalit, the heating is central.

In the ground floor of the building is a mini supermarket and university Dining room in the campus Unamuno to approximately 250 meters.
