Surrounded by open countryside and mountain views next to an impressive pine and eucalyptus forest, that makes up the nature reserve in the Irta. Within walking distances to the sea and 15 km of fine, sandy beaches of Peñíscola, all on the sunny Costa del Azahar!

Selection of brand new luxurious mobile homes, log cabins, wooden chalets and apartments for rent. We also have adventure sports like diving, sailing, trekking, horse riding, quads, mountain bike, guided excursions, canoe – kayaking, safari photography, fishing and archery.
Our residential and holiday park is on a flat area with lots of natural shade from palms, pines, black popular, medias and plane trees; offering a relaxed international environment.
Azahar park offers its customers five types of luxurious lodgings, all brand new and fully furnished. Log cabins, wooden chalets, apartments, mobile homes and bungalows with satellite T.v.
Internet and telephone connections are optional.
The park is also a touring caravan site for long or short stay. The wide plots between 80 meters sq, and 150 meters sq. are equipped with water, electricity, sinks and waste pipes.

At the multilingual reception area, we provide a night time gated security and safe keeping for valuables. We also have a telephone box which is coin or card operated mailbox, internet café, fax service, money exchange, real estate agents, tourist information and advisor office.
The general facilities on site are:
*Swimming pool with Jacuzzi, children’s pool and a playground surrounded by lawns
And palm trees.
*There is a restaurant and bar area with varied menu, terraces, shop, social room, bicycle
hire, and communal BBQ area.
*The campsite supplies two modern and new sanitation blocks heated with showers,
washbasins and separate toilets including hot water and facilities for small children
(bath tub). Laundry room with washing machines and tumble dryers on site, toilets for
disabled people.
*Our sports facilities available are: basketball, table tennis, gym, pool table, crazy golf,
darts and pentanique.
*The spa centre (gym, Turkish sauna, Finland style sauna, jacuzzi, ciclonic shower,
hydromassage bath and squash)
*We also have a wide activity program for children and adult’s games, competitions,
excursions, Spanish lessons and swimming courses for beginners and advanced, summer
school and many adventure activities.
*All the facilities and accommodation is especially equipped for disabled persons.*

Wooden Chalet:

Luxury living-dining with sofa bed for two people and a TV seat, one bedroom with double bed (carpeted), one bedroom with two single beds (carpeted), bathroom (WC, shower and basin), fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, microwave, electric oven, fridge, cutlery, crockery and saucepans), stereo system with remote control, washing machine, central heating, air conditioning, terrace with furniture. Electricity and hot water are included in the price except for stays longer than one month.
Apartments with sea view
Max Capacity 4* + 2 People, Size (A) 80 M2 or (B) Size 80M2 + 20M2 of Terrace
Living-dining room with sofa bed for two people and a TV seat (includes French satellite telecom), one bedroom with double bed, one bedroom with two single beds, bathroom (WC, bath (A) or shower (B) and basin), fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, cutlery, crockery and saucepans), air conditioning (optional), heating, terrace with furniture. Electricity and hot water are included in the price except for stays longer than one month.
All the lodgings are brand new and fully furnished and have one parking space each (extra car will be charged according to the price list). The final cleaning of the bungalow is not included in the price. On arrival all lodgings will be perfectly clean and with all the elements listed in the inventory. We do not provide blankets, sheets and towels. The guests can bring their own or rent them at the reception. Adults, children and infants are included in the maximum capacity. The price is per person per night. The access to the lodgings will be from 17:00 p.m. up to 12:00 midnight. Vehicles can not circulate from 12 midnight till 8:00 a.m.
The cleaning of the lodgings will be provided by us; nevertheless, the clients will have to keep the accommodation in an acceptable state of cleanliness and order. In the case that you need to rent bed linen, please ask for in reception and pay in advance. When you leave on your last day please leave the sheets on the bed to be gathered by the cleaners. The hire price is 4€ (3 pieces), blanket’s price is 1€ each or 2€ as a unique piece. These prices are for the total of the stay and do not include taxes.
General conditions for reservations (housing and camping):
Minimum length of stay:
From 1st July to 31st August : 7 nights.
The rest of the year minimum length of stay is 1 night for Bungalows, Log Cabins or Wooden Chalets.
Booking conditions: 25% of the total balance to pay to the hostel is needed to confirm the booking. The rest will be paid on arrival. Reservations will be confirmed once the initial deposit is received. You will receive the confirmation letter with the booking details and the time table for the arrival and departure times, the total amount of the booking and the deposit paid in advance. The confirmed reservation can not be transferred to other stay.
The guests that confirm their reservation in lodgings must leave €100 deposit on their arrival in concept of warranty against damage to items in the inventory. The warranty is refundable on the departure date once the lodging has been inspected by the management.
If the client does not appear, the reservation will be held for 24 hours. After this time, the reservation will be considered null and void; unless a written notification of late arrival is received before or on arrival date.
Cancellations:
In the low season (1st of September to 30th June) a 25 % of the total amount is required to confirm the reservation. From the1st of July till the 31st of August a minimum of € 200 is required to confirm the reservation. Please note that outside of this period we may still take this deposit to secure the booking.
In case of cancellation more than 30 days in advance 90% of second deposti is refundable, cancellation from 7 to 30 days in advance 50 % refundable, cancellation less than 7 days in advance 100% of deposit forfeited.
Please note that the 10% deposit paid at the time of booking is never refundable.
