Liked: Very close to the beach and a nice breakfast for a low price.

Disliked: No kitchen available and no real hostel feeling, it`s more of a cheap hotel.

Liked: Amazing location 2min walk from the beach. Nice and helpful staff. Definitely ask them to give you directions to El Arriero, best paella in the island!!

Disliked: A bit noisy at night -street cars and loud music.

Liked: The British guys that run the place are really nice, fun, and helpful. They told us about some awesome beaches to go to that were a little quieter than the Arenal.

Disliked: The sheets weren't clean at all. Hairs and stains everywhere....

Liked: the breakfast was more than average for a hostel, staff is friendly, its really closed to the beach and ballermann. The staff was really friendly!

Disliked: its not really comfortable or anything special. Internet is not free.

Liked: great budget hostel. everyone was very helpful. the bathroom was kept very clean each day.

Disliked: could be improved with a bath mat. also the electrics were a bit dodgy.

Liked: The situation : Close to the see, buses to go the center or airport. The people who work there who are very kind.

Liked: It was so close to the beach! I liked the room and it was fairly clean. The free breakfast was nice and we were able to keep our luggage safely stored even after we checked out. Rooms are cleaned every day and fresh towels given. Overall, I loved it here and would come back again.

Disliked: One of the people working there wasn't helpful at all about questions and even got mad at us for asking him the same question twice with in 2 days. He wouldn't call ferry's to give us information or look up any hours. The internet didn't work on the computers and it was 1 euro for 30 min while the internet cafe across the street only charged 1 euro for an hour.

Liked: The staff are incredibly helpful and the room was clean and safe. Also, the availability of internet and close proximity to the beach was awesome.

Disliked: It seemed to be a little empty when I was there.

Liked: Literally 50ft from the Beach. Location could not be better.

Disliked: Towels were dirty upon arrival. Beds were noisy. Walls were thin.

Liked: Loved the location, free breakfast, and social and fun vibe of the hostel. The fact that it was so close the beach was hard to beat, and the front desk was helpful in giving us ideas for day trips, etc.

Disliked: The Arenal area in general is pretty touristy.

Liked: Really close the beach. Breakfast for free. Nice staff. Clean place and great rooms with private bathrooms. Nice building...renewed. Very cheap if you considerer the facilities... It is place in the german part of mallorca so you will find a infinite offer of pubs, kneipen usw... If you are lucky, you will have the chance to met nice people during the breakfast

Disliked: Walls are a little bit thin...I couple stayed in the next room and have sex all the night not letting me sleep at all as they were hitting the wall with they bed...There is not kitchen so you cannnot prepare your own meals...

Liked: Very close to the beach, Very clean, Easy to meet other travelers, Easy to get to and from airport

Disliked: The only staff to ask questions about touristy things were always working the bar so it didn't seem like they wanted (or had time) to help you, and they didn't seem to know much about how to get to Palma or the caves and they definitely couldn't tell you the correct way to get there. We were lost many times getting both places because they hadn't accurately described or written the bus stops and such.

Liked: It is excelent place! We recommand it to everybody! Great location (just outside Palma), close to the beach and bus stops,very clean,big rooms with a balcony,delicious breakfast, very nice and friendly staff. You will not find anything better than Tierramar Hostal in Mallorca. Beata, Rob and Oskar

Liked: I stayed at the double room with ensuite bathroom and it was very nice. I was surprise that the room was like a hotel, very clean and big. The bathroom had a bathtub which was lovely and clean towels everyday. I love the place as the staffs were helpful and friendly and they speak english fluently. Maps and guides were plenty at the lobby. The breakfast was excellent and there was free wifi at the common area. Just bring your toiletries as it is not provided. Overall, it was a great stay in Mallorca. I will definitely come back to stay there again.

Liked: The hostel is only a few minutes walk from the beach and about an hour cycling from the city centre, but if you don't like cycling next to the beaches of Palma, you can take a bus and the journey is around 20-25 minutes. The place is surrounded by bistros and restaurants and it's a 20 or so minute walk from Palma Aquarium. The staff are amazing, they are extremely friendly and helpful and most of them are native English speakers. The rooms are cleaned every day.

Disliked: Just a small suggestion, maybe a bit of variety in the food served for breakfast would be nice, but still I can't complain about the experience in the hostel.

Liked: Rooms are cleaned every day, the staff is very, very friendly, you get decent breakfast and you can smell the ocean as soon as you leave the hostal. There are buses that take you into the city every 10 minutes, so if you're looking for budget accommodation, this is the place to stay. (Of course, I can only speak for the time I was there, I don't know what it's like in the peak season.)
