Liked: Needs a rooftop pool! Seeing other pools from the terrace was a tease. Otherwise good, though a bit overpriced, but maybe that's just Mallorca. Great having a beer at the end of the day on the rooftop.

Liked: The roof terrace was fantastic, awesome view and always free! Most of the staff were fantastic, we got all the information we asked for and would happily have a laugh with you.The owner on the other hand was very rude and would not even lend a cereal bowl, I understand your trying to run a business, but you don't have to be rude about it...And advertising that they have 24hr internet and wi-fi is not on when you have wi-fi that only works for half an hour a day... at any time if feels and no hard-line connection for back-up for the MANY disgruntled hostel guests!Would not stay there again, given the lack of sleep due to stench from sink plug holes and some moronic dripping that must have come from the top floor as it was the loudest drip I have EVER heard! Not even our music would drown that out!Have a nice stay :)

Liked: Location in the old town near to the cathedral and to some great restaurants, fantastic views over the city from the roof top terrace and the staff were exceptionally helpful.

Liked: The best thing is its location, but after a long day travelling around the island, it is imposible to have a good rest because of the noise from outside (street) and inside (other rooms at any time).Oh, and the showers.... They don't have enough water presion in order to have a normal shower!

Liked: Hostel is in an excellent location for the sights and the view from the roof should not be missed! Excellent jazz bar accross the road (but drinks are very expensive). Amazing icecream place just up the road, really friendly staff and incredible icecream - we couldn't resist going back!

Liked: the location is excellent. Many good restaurants and bars in walkingrange. The bus stops almost infront and bring you straight to the playa the palma.
