Liked: Best location in Palma. We keep coming back here. It's a little too expensive for a hostal. Then again, it seems more lika a hotel than a hostel.

Liked: The view from the terrace is amazing! we spent plenty of time up there in the sun having a few drinks and watching the sunset over the ocean. As soon as you walk out the front door your in the thick of the action. Maybe a 20 minute walk if you plan on heading out. Staff were fantastic, very nice and always helpful. Definately going back one day.

Liked: The roof terrace is beautiful, but the hostel is lacking in other facilities to use, apart from the space in one's own room and a few chairs and tables in reception

Disliked: We were expecting the place to have a kitchen, and so arrived with all our shopping for a dinner, and were obviously surprised and annoyed that we couldn't get to cook our ingredients anywhere. I think the Apuntadores should market itself like a cheap hotel instead, because backpackers expect a hostel to have kitchens for use by the travellers.

Disliked: The breakfast that you could purchase was dreadful not value for money. go to the cafe round the corner.

Liked: The view from the terrace, and the location in relation to the shopping area and monuments in Palma.

Disliked: The beds weren't made every day, the towels were never changed, and having to drop the key off and pick it up at reception was a pain.

Liked: Great location and great views from rooftop. We had a double ensuite which was fine, although sometimes it can get a bit noisy at 3am being in the centre of the old part of town.

Liked: The staff were very friendly, stayed for 2 nights in a private en suite room, which was clean and felt safe. The location was fantastic, right in the centre of the old town. Would definitely stay again!

Liked: The fact that it is located in the very center of the old town. This makes it easy to get around Palma.

Liked: Location was excellent...just stepped out straight into the old historic city,,room was clean and cheap. View of the Cathedral from the terrace was as they said- worth a lot more than they charged.

Liked: The roof terrace offers beautiful views of the city and the location is fantastic. However, you do get what you pay for. The rooms are very basic and our bathroom was very damp, but for a couple of nights it was fine.

Liked: Perfect location, nice and helpful staff, perfect british english spoken, clean and quiet room with lovely view on cathedral and comfortable beds, small but clean and functional bathroom. great value!
