09 September 2009	Customer review The directions on the site suck. If you have a really heavy luggage/backpack, change buses at Plaza Espana to bus 3. It drops you off right next to the hostel and you don't have to climb 8 sets of stairs. Trust me, it is loads easier. It was kind of a strange room. They should take out the ridiculous closet and put in a bathroom in each room. The common bathrooms sucked. There was no water pressure when I came back from the beach. Also, the hostel is nowhere near a beach, so if that's what you came to Palma for, keep looking. Unless you love local buses.	72%

06 September 2009	Xin Zhang The hotel was fine. But there was no fan in the twin room which meant that it was extremely hot and stuffy. The bathrooms were fairly clean but the shower would stop after about a minute. However the staff spoke excellent English and were helpful with questions.	57%
