Customer reviewThe staff were quite friendly and very helpful on information about the area. The room had a fridge and a nice big balcony to itself. The room was however, quite dirty. The sheets were dirty looking. The cleaners only clean the rooms there 3 times a week. Toilet paper and towels are never replaced. We got three twin beds instead of a double bed, which we booked. One of which was not sturdy enough even to support someone sitting on it! We found bed bugs on one of our suitcases when we left. |

Justas PovilenasThe hotel is close to the beach and the location in general is definitely very good - there is a supermarket near the hotel, which in fact is 2-4 times cheaper than most of the shops in front of the beach, two banks as well. The staff is very friendly and truly helpful - all of our wishes were taken into consideration. Breakfast, which are included in the price, is very delicious and there is a big variety of food to choose from. We would definitely recommend this hotel to people going to Mallorca. |

Ryan Supekthis place is alright. pros: the room was big and the beds were ok. we had an enormous balcony. the bathroom was clean. 5 minute walk to the s'arenal beach. free (and decent) breakfast cons: air conditioning costs money. very noisy at night with all of the traffic and singing germans. the beach is also loaded with germans (if you are german or like germans you will like this area!) beach is kind of crowded. also hard to find a parking space near the hotel. if i were to do it again, i would have stayed at a less busy area of mallorca and would have rented a car. |

Tanya PangThe staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, giving tips on which places were cheapest and useful information such as for bus timetables and prices. They went out of their way to make sure the customer was alright and helped with any problems really quickly. The hotel is also very close to the beach and has 24/7 hour service. |

Bronwyn SmithThe location of this hotel is fantastic, and for the price I was very happy. It is located in s'Arenal, not far outside Palma, but I enjoyed the area more, I think, than I would have enjoyed staying in Palma. It's right near the beach, and if you look around there are many cheap and good restaurants to be found! We actually didn't spend much time at the beach in Arenal as we hired a car, but we found the location very central to everwhere we wanted to go, and anyway the island isn't so big, if you have a car it only takes an hour or so to get to the farthest point! The breakfast was good, and I was happy it was included in the price. The room was good and big, with a fridge and private bathroom. If you are looking for a cheap place to stay, this place is great value. |
