Swimming Pool and Terrace

The grounds of the hotel are set in amongst pine trees creating a natural garden. Set within this garden you will find a 75m sq. private swimming pool, large terrace (seating 80 people) where lunch and dinner may be taken along with a patio ideal for afternoon tea from the cafeteria. There is also a BBQ area and for those relaxing on sun beds in the sun or shade by the pool a pool bar serves drinks and snacks throughout the day. This idyllic setting in amongst hills, countryside and nature is perfect for that well deserved rest.

The location in the centre of nature provides a perfect base from which to discover the area and participate in outdoor activities. For centuries, man and nature have lived in harmony in the mountains of Ojén. The Refugio de Juanar, built on the site of an old aristocratic hunting lodge, allows visitors to share the joys of life in a natural environment.

Many famous guests have sought peace and tranquility offered by the Refugio de Juanar, including France’s Charles de Gaulle, who came here in 1970 to finish his memoirs.

This modern yet traditional hotel has been constructed in keeping with the natural surroundings and offers peace and tranquility at its best. The hotel has excellent facilities as well as a private pool and ample parking.
