The Hostal del Pilar

Centrally situated in the heart of Marbella the hostal is close by to cafes restaurants and shops and only a few minutes walk from the beach.

Please note that the reception closes at 10 pm so you need to arrive before that.

The Hostel is centrally situated in the historical old town of Marbella, a 5-minute walk from the beach.

Although Marbella originally attracted the rich and famous, it is easily visited on a budget and has many affordable places to eat and drink.

We have a unique micro-climate which makes Marbella the warmest place in mainland Europe in the winter, enjoying at least 10 months sunshine. Christmas day can be as high as 25º c.

Now it is a haven for backpackers and world travelers, providing clean comfortable rooms, a large bar, sitting area with pool table, and a log fire in winter - which makes for a great social scene.

There is a nice roof terrace where you can chill out or sunbathe, and the hostal has wifi so bring your laptops.
