This rustic style complex with 4 Apartments and two Studios are all equipped with kitchen, en suite bathrooms, some with terrace, other with balconies or/and windows, TV and air conditioning. They are very well located and spacious.

You will find the Touristy Apartments "Puerta de Aduares" at the heart of Marbella, in the Old Quarter of the city, only a few minutes away to the beach. There is a car parking 50 meters away.

The Old Quarter is one of Marbella's greatest tourist attractions. In the narrow streets, squares and balconies, a diversity of Arab style features are still perceptible.

Apartment for 2 people: bedroom of twin beds (with possibility of adding an extra bed for 25 Euros) a living room, American kitchen, bathroom, TV and air conditioning.

Apartment for 2 people: bedroom with double bed (with possibility of adding an extra bed), living room, American kitchen, full bathroom, and air conditioning.

Apartment for three people with the possibility of adding an extra bed for 40 Euros: bedroom of twin beds, a very spacious room with another bed (or two), American kitchen, big terrace, TV and air conditioning.

Apartment for four people: 2 bedrooms, on of double bed, and another with twin beds, a living room with American kitchen, full bathroom, TV and air conditioning.

Studios:

Studio with twin beds, American kitchen, TV, air conditioning and full bathroom.
Studio with double bed (possibility of adding an extra single bed for 25 Euros extra)


Daily cleaning service (except bank holidays and Sundays)
Reception time tables (9.30am-1.30pm) or (5pm-8.30pm)


Please note:

You need to call us if it is a different arrival time.

As deposit, the Hotel in the moment of the reserve, will take the price of the first two nights.

If you cancel up to 30 days before the date of arrival (in summer) or 15 days before the date of arrival (in the rest of the year), there will be returned to you the deposit of two nights.

If you cancels afterwards or does not appear, both first ones it will not return.
