Jane RigbyPeaceful, clean room, fresh towels and toiletries in bathroom, nice courtyard and terrace with seats. Never found the 'jacuzzi' though! Friendly staff who listened attentively to my attempts at Spanish and responded enthusiastically but I managed to pick up 'key words' to respond - I hope! Nice Cafe bar next door for breakfast. Supermarket, banks & bus stop nearby and the promenade with lots of restaurants, etc was 100mtrs away. |

Customer reviewThe hostel is very clean and the staff is very helpful. it is not located in the city centre but it's very easy to reach it as the bus stop is just in front of the hostel. It is located in a very nice area close to the beach and with nice restaurants and bar. Nothing bad to mention! |

Susan EgglestonPrice, the location near to the beach. However I could not find the solarium and jacuzzi so am not sure whether they are still available. The staff did not speak English so I could not check this |

Customer reviewHostal el Nogal was well decorated, clean and air conditioned, with happy, friendly staff. It's in a very Spanish part of Malaga and quite a way from the centre of the city, but right by the beach, 2 supermarkets and several great restaurants & cafes. I was there for a couple of days relaxing on the beach and for me it was perfect. I will definitely stay there again when I go back to explore Malaga a bit more! |

Customer reviewCleanliness, and it's reasonably quiet (if you book room at the back of the building) No breakfast and room could do with a kettle, but there's a cafe next door and one across the road. The beach is a mins.walk away (a bus to the city costs 1 euro and takes about 10 mins). All in all a good deal. |
