Liked: Central location. Staff were always helpfull

Disliked: We had our own room in an apartment with kitchen which was great. We arnt usually picky, But bathroom was dirty, double bunks with 1 fan when it was 30C every night, only 1 person could use fan. Mattress felt like you were lying on the springs, old blood on the sheets and pillows. No wi fi had to go down to hostel.

Liked: We had a room of our own in a separate appartment, a lovely one with a traditional small balcony, shared, fully equiped kitchen. This was much better than we expected.

Disliked: As it is situated in the citycenter the surroundings are quite loudly in the nigths of the weekend.

Liked: the location and friendly staff,clean bedding and a free locker

Disliked: impossible to sleep with all the noise outside The directions was useless a map would be a great help

Liked: The owners were awesome! They hung out with all of us all night, sharing stories and getting to know us. They also made great recommendations for activities (they offer excursions to natural beaches less traveled and small, interesting towns). We had a great time!!!

Disliked: The directions to get there were confusing, but we managed (by speaking to locals in Spanish). If you take the airport bus, get off at the GIANT circle a few stops after the bus station, then follow directions as given by the hostel.

Liked: The location is excellent although the plaza-facing rooms can be a bit noisy at night. The included breakfast was simple but nice.

Disliked: Cleanliness doesn't seem to be a priority there, especially the bathrooms.

Liked: the owner was really nice to us and the location is awesome! the hostel is in the heart of the city. also, the terrace is "magnifico"

Disliked: the broken window in the dorm, nothing else

Liked: Babia was great. The staff were excellent, very accommodating and the whole place was fun. Everything was clean and well kept and we felt at home as soon as we arrived. I wouldn't consider staying anywhere else in Malaga. I want to go back.

Liked: The best things about Babia were the location and the staff. Mimi was wonderful and we had a blast in the charming city. The hostel was clean and the only downside was that it was very loud - all the time. Earplugs and Sangria did the trick for me. Highly recommended!
