Liked: Luis the manager (and only apparent member of staff) is extremely friendly and helpful. It is a kilometre or two away from the centre of Malaga, but it is *literally* about a minute's walk from the beach. Spacious dorms and nice, relaxed atmosphere. It is small and homely, but its size can be a disadvantage too, as it can feel rather empty and lonely.

Disliked: They only take cash. I landed at Malaga Airport to discover that my bank's terms and conditions had changed and I could no longer withdraw from A.T.M.s abroad. I was therefore stranded at the hostel for several days while I desperately tried to raise some cash, which was extremely stressful and made some of my subsequent plans impossible. Any hostel should accept cards in this day and age. The stay was also marred by a guest called Titty, or something like that, who had for some reason been there for about six weeks and thought she ruled the place. Hostels need to be careful that long-term guests don't take over.

Liked: A very nice Hostel to stay at. Louis (the Owner) is extremly helpful and he knows the name of every guest. He creates a very friendly athmosphere. It is like being at home. Kitchen is nice to cook, bathrooms are clean, rooms are clean as well. The Hostel is not direktly located in the city center, but going there takes less than 10 minutes by bus (1,20 €). But you could also walk, which is quite nice. In a distance of less than 1 min Walk you get to the nice beaches of Pedregalejo, whre you can cool down in the sea and have a good time.

Liked: We have been for 10 days to this place and felt very welcome through a lovely and helpful person, Luis. The house is clean; It has big and nice kitchen; Our room was big enough for two of us and fair price; Perfect transportation and cheap; We even made a day trips to Nerja, Granada and Tarifa, which are really nice places to visit. Everything was perfect from the beginning to the end.

Liked: I have been to many hostels but none like this one - it is excellent! It's atmosphere is very homely and relaxed, yet also spacious, clean and so so friendly. I booked to stay for 2 nights, but stayed for nearly 5 weeks because I felt so happy there - it is so near the beach, great supermarkets, perfect transport links, spanish language schools, everything. It is big enough so that there is always someone new to meet or go out with, but also small enough that you are familiar with the other residents and of course the LOVELY Luis who works there. He will help you with anything and make you feel very welcome. Great, great guy, great, great hostel. Stay here, for sure. Kitchen's great too!

Liked: Felt homely, free internet with computer access, very clean, lockers provided, staff very helpful

Disliked: A little bit far out, but either walking or taking a bus was really easy.

Liked: I loved this property, it is set over 3 floors, has an array of facilities, kitchen, bathrooms (3) and ensuite ones from the girls. You'll also never meet a guy as nice as the guy that runs the place, LUIS, great guy. Very helpful and there's nothing to dislike about it because it's SO good :D

Disliked: nothing I loved it.

Liked: The manager, Luis, is very kind to people, and very helpful, And the hostel is just so close to the beach. Also not so far from the city centre if you need to go. A kind of places where people don't want to leave in a few days.

Disliked: Just the noise of the traffic in front of the hostel.

Liked: Everything!

Disliked: I have dropped one point off for location as you do have to get a bus into and out of town, but the night bus is cheap and fairly regular and the bonus of being so far from town is you are a one minute walk away from the beach which more than compensates!

Liked: It`s a great atmosphere in the hostel and it`s so near to the beach. you just can get up and have breakfast with other guys and then go :) and arround the hostel there are supermarkets, bars, and many other stuff shops. the only thing is that it`s not near to the center and you`ve to buy a ticket.

Liked: The service was good and very nice. Lots of storage in the locker and it also had a dressers, We also like the common area to hang out with other people.

Disliked: The beds werent the most comfortable. It also didnt offer breakfast or other services that would be nice.

Liked: Luis was a super nice guy. The location is RIGHT on the beach, but there´s not much of a night life near it . . . unless you look for it :)

Disliked: My room (6 beds) could have had another fan in it. . . the one fan only reached one part of the room.

Liked: it s one step from the beach but 30-35min walking from malaga center. there are buses all the time. right down the adress cause there is no sign outside! nice building :)

Disliked: Orestis left no negative feedback.

Liked: It was literally across the street from the beach, but a bus ride from the center of town, which was the only downfall. I would recommend this place to everyone and would love to go back someday!
